Cunninghams under Executive Chef Jay Rohlfing continues to be our favorite. Heard that he just won Chopped! The food is creative and fabulous (love those crispy fried oysters), but Chef Jay is the nicest and most enthusiastic person we have known. Love to hear about your continuing farming venture with your wife. Congratulations on your Chopped award and the birth of your 2nd child! Such an exciting time for a very talented and creative chef.

After visiting Hampton National Historic Site, our family needed a bite to eat. Bread and Circuses was relatively close by, and we were able to get street parking. We arrived in between lunch and dinner, so there wasn't a crowd. There is an extensive drink list. All three of us ordered appetizers; they were all delicious. The berry and nut salad had a deliciously, light citrus dressing that was defiinitely homemade. Other options chosen were the Bill Murray meatballs, the beef rib slider, the french fries, soup, and shrimp tempura. Dessert was the mandarin cake that was shared by all.

My family and I really like the food at First Watch. We arrived at 930 (2 adults and 1 child) and waited 20 minutes for a table. Upon being seated, our drink orders were taken. Then, the waitress returned for food orders. It took an entire hour for the food to come out (an egg sandwich, kids French toast, and breakfast tacos). When the food arrived, my daughter was missing bacon and fruit. My breakfast tacos still weren't out. My husband and daughter ate so their food wouldn't get cold. My food came 12 minutes later. I'm done with their terrible service, so I'll be looking elsewhere for breakfast.

Arriving on a busy Saturday night, I was looking forward to dinner. We chose to sit at the bar where the service was excellent and friendly in every way. The restaurant was very packed so a reservation was needed. The drinks were amply poured and very affordable (some of the best prices in the Baltimore area). The shrimp cocktail was five Old Bay seasoned jumbos. The prime rib a perfect cut and cooked to perfection with a nice baked potato. The liver and onions the best in the Baltimore area. As a Senior Citizen, I felt at home as my generation filled the restaurant and bar but young people are welcome too.I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return! They also have ample parking out front.

The purpose of Restaurant Week is to entice customers to try restaurants. That is exactly what we did. We went to Pappas in Cockeysville; we had visited the Pappas in Parkville but not the one in Cockeysville. We were pleased that they honored my request for a quiet table and sat us in a small, back dining room. Patty, our server, was quick to come over and greet us and welcome us to Pappas. Patty really took excellent care of us â she paid attention to all the details. My husband and I decided to do the Restaurant Week menu; our friends ordered off the regular menu. We started off with the Fried Green Tomatoes Caprese Tower â not much of a tower, it was laid down, but really tasty. I originally ordered the Broiled Rockfish and Crab, but had to send it back as the first few bites had bones in it. Patty very quickly offered me something else. I went with the Ed Block Colossal Courage Crab Cake. It was huge â 10 ounces and very good. My husband ordered the Ribeye â 14 ounces of beef over hash browns topped with a mountain of crispy onions. He had enough crispy onions to share with the table. Our friends split a Double the Pleasure â two of Pappasâs famous crab cakes. We all enjoyed our dinners. For our sweet ending, we shared the Peanut Butter Pie and a Chocolate Mousse Cake. They both were decadent, rich and so satisfying. We will definitely return to Pappas. Thank you for participating in Restaurant Week!Maggi,Thank you for the marvelous feedback. We are overjoyed to hear that you had such a wonderful dining experience with us. We are thrilled to hear that our team provided you with amazing service and Patty was so friendly and attentive. We're glad that you enjoyed your meals and loved our Fried Green Tomatoes Caprese Tower great. We are so happy to hear that you had such a great time with us. We appreciate the lovely review. We hope to see you again soon!

Love this place near Towson! Good food, good service and cheap drinks. The Mexican pizza is a great appetizer you can share with a friend. I also recommend the quesadillas with a drink during happy hour. Great place to go after work if you dont want to make your own tex-mex at home!

Family owned and operated since 1972, The Corner Stable on York Rd in Cockeysville, MD is a friendly local restaurant with emphasis on creating great food and a warm "at home" atmosphere. In 2011, our Corner Stable Family grew to include our second restau
My parents and I ate here in early June on the recommendation from my motherâs friend. We made a reservation the day before with ease. There was really no need for our reservation since the restaurant has plenty of seats. The restaurant is pretty huge. The restaurant is decorated with horse racing memorabilia all over. Thereâs a decent sized patio to eat outside. Our server came over about a minute or so after we were seated. She was friendly and polite. She always checked in on us. The menu is extensive - thereâs something for everyone. They have a large specials menu with a nice variety of meals. - Crab Dip appetizer (creamy dip topped with cheddar cheese) served with warm breadsticks, carrots, celery sticks: This was pretty good. It came out piping hot and bubbling. It wasnât overly cream cheese-y, which was nice. The bread sticks were a little too hard for my liking. The celery and carrots were a nice difference to the normal bread itâs served with.- Side salads: My dad I both ordered a salad as one of our sides. The salads were big and featured greens, cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and croutons. I picked out some lettuce pieces that were brown on the ends, though.- Surf & Turf (5oz jumbo lump crab cake, 7oz sirloin topped with herb butter) with house salad and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes: Asked for the meat to be medium well but it came out well done. My dad thought the steak was seasoned well. He liked the mashed potatoes and the crab cake. The crab cake was jumbo lump as the menu stated, with very little filler (if any at all). - Philly Cheese Steak (half pound of thinly sliced ribeye steak, Philadelphia style hoagie roll, provolone, lettuce, tomato, fried onions) with fries: My mom loved this. The fries were crispy and hot. The cheesesteak was huge. She could only eat half of it. The ribeye was seasoned well and the toppings were fresh.- Fried Chicken Dinner (2 jumbo chicken breasts) with side of mac and cheese: Both chicken breasts were humungous. The menu said âjumbo chicken breastsâ and they meant it. I could only eat half of one before getting full. I didnât like the mac and cheese. It was cooked fine, I just didnât like the cheese sauce. We had no room for dessert, even though the funnel cake fries were calling my name. The only damper on the evening (that had nothing to do with the restaurant itself) was a party of 10 celebrating a birthday. They were so loud and the little children were running back and forth and screaming their heads off. The mom kept yelling at her children and the entire restaurant kept looking over at them. It was pretty embarrassing and annoying to hear. The restaurant is located in a shopping center of sorts. The Harris Teeter is next door. There are quite a few places to park, but the lot fills up pretty quickly. By the time we left, the only spots left were all the way towards the back.Overall, we will return. We had yummy food, huge portions, and good service.

I do go here often for lunch and dinner and am never disappointed. The staff and servers are excellent and so is the food. They just opened a second location which I plan of visiting. There is music at nights in the bar area and a very nice outside eating area on the patio off the bar. I like their Moscow Mule drinks and crab cakes. Today for lunch I had their seafood Tacos which were terrific and my guest had the burger which he said was amazing.Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience with us! We are thrilled you enjoyed everything from service to your meals! Did you know if you are in the bar area between 3-7pm Monday-Friday our mules are on happy hour! We look forward to seeing you soon.

When in Timonium with my wife, I love to stop by Bluestone. Unfortunately we donât get there often. Today we enjoyed happy hour with three appetizers.. The tuna, fried green tomatoes, and baked brie were great. Service was good and the locals enjoyed their visit. Definitely coming back. Thanks!!
