Always enjoy coming here for a good, fresh breakfast! The service is typically decent and good and the food matches quite nicely. Favors could be a little more substantial, but overall theyâre good. On the most recent visit the restaurant was freezing cold inside and the place they sat us was one a fan they said they couldnât turn off. But they did move us and we were better in the second placeOverall, weâll be back!

Unfortunately, Paddy's Steakhouse is just an average place. The service is ok, and the food is just ok, nothing special. My family went to Paddy's first years ago when they opened. At that time, you could smoke in the restaurant and that completely turned us off, plus the food was just ok then, so we didn't go back for many years. We decided to head back their again after many years because always good to give a place a second chance and they no longer have smoking inside. Like I wrote, unfortunately, the second time was not any better. We had the prime rib and it was very bland. The au jus with it was also bland. Not memorable and not impressed at all.So - needless to say - Paddy's will NOT get a third chance from us.

We normally don't frequent Outback due to the limited menu and past experiences with this chain but we had a $20 gift card to use up. Wife opted for the salmon with shrimp topping. Fish/shrimp were cooked properly, had good taste, and contained some bones. The mashed potatoes were very good. The broccoli was overcooked and rubbery. I made the fried rib appetizer into a meal by upping it to a large (6 vs 4 ribs) and adding a salad. The ribs are very good but make sure you get the blooming onion sauce on the side and NOT on the ribs. I didn't use that sauce at all. Salad was fine. Place was clean and they waste no time in bussing the tables and surrounding floor clean-up. Only one waitress was tending the dining area, but with only a few customers, she kept up with refills and checkout. It could be another 5+ years before we eat at an Outback again. This trip was ok but expensive for what we received. *Note this review was completed without using ridiculious undiscriptive terms like OMG, awesome, yummy, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No one cares about the waiter/waitress names or their abilities. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. We don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food. took the family while visiting over Thanksgiving. Casual, friendly restaurant/bar with the best deal on crab! We happened to go on Tuesday, which is half price day, all day much to our surprise! The crab/shrimp combo which normally is $33 per plate is $17....what a bargain! My husband and I shared a plate and it was plenty as it included two sides along with plenty of crab and nice sized shrimp. The half price is on most of the menu items although not the "crab only" plates. The rest of the family had no problem finishing off a plate by themselves. Go....you will not be disappointed.

This is the type of place you can go to and get a drink--from a bottle. The staff is friendly, but the place is seriously lacking when it comes to cleanliness. The cups generally have a film on them, the plates generally have some other food stuck to them, other than what you ordered. If we go for happy hour, I get my food to go and drink from a bottle. (And that's only because someone dragged me there.) The food is heavy, not ideal for someone looking for healthy alternatives. Overall, not my bar/restaurant of choice. So depending on what you're out for, some things to consider. We're sorry to hear about your recent experience at Chili's. Went for the first time to this restaurant and it was better than expected. Service was okay, bit slow, but food was good with plenty being served. However, saw some people having issues with the coffee. They were complaining about the quality and they unsuccessfully tried to make a better batch. I will visit again if I am in the area.

Although the restaurant's atmosphere was great (a lot of Marine history) the food was very disappointing. Prime rib was very, very tough and had an excessive amount of fat and gristle. Baked potato was cold. Service was excellent. For the money I'd find some place else to eat.

We had been to the first Mason Dixon (in Fburg) several times, so we recently decided to give this location a try on a Saturday morning for breakfast. They have a vast, unique menu loaded with appetizing dishes! Price are very fair. Service was very friendly and helpful too. Coffee was decent.Their chicken biscuit was outstanding! The fried chicken was really nicely done, battered and then fried PERFECTLY! The biscuit was outstanding as well! The gravy that came to go on top was equally as amazing as the sandwich itself! I got mine topped with egg (scrambled) and that made it even better! (BTW â All the scrambled eggs and omelets I saw looked amazing!) The side of potatoes were really nicely done⦠spiced just right, with tasty onions and peppers and the potatoes were soft and cooked perfectly!Their chicken and waffles didnât look like much⦠until you pour that amazing maple bacon syrup on them and then WOW! Again, perfectly prepared items in that competed the dish!Overall, we really enjoyed this visit and look forward to coming back â SOON!!

My wife and I rediscovered the Log Cabin after not being in the area for quite awhile. This is a great restaurant, from the warm ambiance of fireplace and peach-basket covered lamps, to the professional service of the waitresss staff, to the bountiful salad bar- served in an ice-packed classic old Coca-Cola bin ! This is not your fast in-and-out restaurant. If you are looking for a very moderately-priced meal, go down the road to many other options. This is a fine dining restaurant to take someone special ! It has a down-home country feel to it, but it is definitely âupscale.â Outstanding entrees ! I would say that they âspecializeâ in fresh seafood (especially eastern crab/crab cakes; shrimp, etc.), but also have outstanding steaks, and on Fri & Saturday they offer a one-lb. prime rib that will satisfy the pickiest of beef eaters (I love their medium-rare).Interesting and creative side dishes. Good portions, we have been too full to venture into desserts, but they look fantastic !Located almost ON Rte. 1 in south Spotsylvania. Ample free parking. This place is a gem. Go there with someone special. You might call for reservations on weekends, as a lot of others agree with me that this place is great.

Found this gem on TripAdvisor after visiting the Marine Corp Museum. Service was spectacular with a personal touch. Burgers and sandwiches were delicious with generous portions. Prices were very reasonable given the quality of the food. We luckily landed on karaoke night which was a fun treat!
