Good Earth Foods is an "Organic/Veggie" Grocery/Drug Store, right in the middle of Downtown Spearfish, SD. Easy Access and Good Parking. The Cafe is towards the back of the Store. They have a Steady Menu & Exciting Daily Specials!! You really DON'T NEED TO BE TIRED OF FAST FOOD & RED MEAT TO STOP IN AND ENJOY THEIR FARE!!! All of their Offerings are Fresh, Delightfully Seasoned, Generously Proportioned, Creative and High in Palatability!! If You don't see what You want, just ask, and they will make it Special, Just for You. The Folks there are Happy, Friendly & Oh-So-Helpful!!! While You are there, do take Time to walk through the Store; Bet You'll Find Something Special, that You want to take Home with Ya'.

Stopping for gas during a long, wet, cold drive from Montana, the Millstone appeared in concert with our hunger pangs. Wow! Were we surprised! The place is obviously a community favorite, and that's no surprise. Comfortable and well-staffed with a varied menu, we're glad we went across the street. Instead of ordering from the varied and inviting menu, we chose one of the daily specials: the Indian taco. A sorta small piece of frybread was loaded with beef, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, olives and other ingredients accompanied by a really good salsa and sour cream. Very tasty! I've had these in Arizona and North Carolina, and these are as good as any I have had.

We stopped here as we motored down I-90 from our Yellowstone trip. What an excellent decision! We all had pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw and baked beans. Portion sizes were excellent, flavor was out of this world, and my most favorite part was the Carolina BBQ sauce. Loved every bite!! And the bread pudding!!!! YUM!!!!

Stopped for lunch before driving through the canyon. Food was excellent. We had the Philly Steak Sandwich, Turkey Bacon Ranch Wrap, and a brat. Even though it was busy, food came quickly and the service was good. I would definitely go back.

Great brewpub options for vegans and meateaters. I had the sandwich with hummus and vegetables with out of this world sweet potato fries and housemade ketchup and partner had chicken and waffle sandwich. Great selection of beers. Friendly staff. We picked this because of vegan options.

This restaurant/bar is located at the Holiday Inn in Spearfish. We went for lunch, were seated promptly. The menu is large with burgers, salads, sandwiches, pizza, dinner entrees. They have a nice happy hour and a prime rib night on Saturdays and offer a nice selection of local beers. We all ordered burgers as there were some unusual ones, some stuffed with cheese or bacon for example. We were happy with the results. The meat was cooked to order, the stuffed burgers were delicious. The sides were great. Overall we had a good meal and good service. We will come back for prime rib night!Thank you for your review! We enjoyed the fun atmosphere and décor, and our server, Chelsea, was outstanding. The food items we enjoyed most were the corn muffins brought early, with cinnamon honey butter, and the baked beans side dishes. My small sirloin didnât have much flavor (maybe the âmediumâ here was more cooked than I prefer) and the asparagus was stringy. Hubby said his brisket and fries were ok; the cole slaw was not the best. The place was busy though and if all the servers are as good as Chelsea, itâs worth coming just for being treated right.

There were many other items on the menu but the varied selection of burgers stood out.Everything from a standard cheeseburger to the more exotic Pico Avocado burger.The burgers averaged around $13-$14 and came with a mountain of fries.
