TripAdvisor has two separate listings for the same restaurant so check that out. We found the variety of really good options enjoyable. Lots of "small plate" offerings that give the diner options of tasting more than just an entree. We tried dumplings, risotto balls, flatbread, baked Brie and fritters. All yummy. Also the fried chicken entree was delicious. Desserts we chose were maple Crome brûlée and a pistachio pound cake with lemon and almond cream.....okay, we're going to be regulars.

We got a table pretty quickly on a busy cold morning. Service was a little slow but it was packed. My lower rating is due to not having 100% maple syrup. I canât stand the fake corn syrup crap on a great pancake. It doesnât do it justice.

My family has talked about this place for years and I finally got to have dinner there while back visiting. I'm right down the middle on this place. Here are the highlights and missed opportunities from our visit.I called to make a reservation for 3 people at 6:30 on a Friday night. My voicemail was returned and the table was confirmed. We arrived at 6:25 to a half full restaurant, but were were offered some less than desirable table options. One was in a back bar, a second was along a wall close to a deck entrance door where people were coming and going to an outside bar. We settled on the third option in the main dining area, across from the windows. It was OK, but also in a main traffic area for staff. I guess I was expecting a slightly better table would have been held for someone who makes a reservation versus a walk in party. Annoying me even more, a table of two was sat next to us. They asked to move to a window table and waited for it to be cleaned. They move and sit with their backs to the sunset!!! Why ask for a window table if your going to face into the restaurant and look at other guests? Weird.Shortly after being seated, we were greeted by our server who immediately offered beverages while we decided on dinner options. Drinks arrived within an reasonable amount of time and orders were placed. Crab cakes to start, we also ordered three entrees...the scallops off the menu and two specials, blackened steak tips and a balsamic chicken. We weren't in any sort of rush, but the crab cakes took 25 minutes to arrive. No big deal because we were chatting and having a good time. The crab cakes were delicious with a subtle heat component from the remoulade. The included salads arrived 20 minutes later, but again, we were actually fine with the slow pace. Water glasses at this point are empty, but I had to ask for refills (each time) instead of being offered them. An hour and 10 minutes into our meal, the server comes by to offer an apology for the food taking so long. We are not at all concerned and enjoying the sunset. The server offered an unsolicited excuse about the kitchen being slammed all at once. Sure, but I don't need to know that and honestly, that's an execution/management issue. Don't seat the whole restaurant at once if the kitchen can't handle it...stagger the seating. Ten more minutes later, our table is approached by a woman asking, "who ordered the steak tips?" No "hello", "good evening", "Hi I'm Martha (name changed) the kitchen manager." She informed us that they no longer had any steak tips and to choose something else from the menu, which they offered complimentary. Really??? It took you almost 1.5 hours to figure this out? Regardless, the gesture was appropriate and appreciated. The entrees were...wait for it...amazing!! I had the scallops with maple, bourbon, bacon, jam, mashed potatoes and a blackberry sauce. I had scallops the night before at another restaurant and decided to try these since scallops are not common in Hawaii. This was, and I commented to the other two people, THE BEST scallop dish I have ever had. I had a bite of the balsamic chicken special and, it too, was delicious. I get that this isn't fine dining, but a few service issues would bump this place up just a little. Drop the entree plates with the main item (i.e. fish, beef, chicken) facing the guest, not away from them. The kitchen staff goes to all the effort to make a beautiful presentation, only for the staff to place the food facing away from me and I'm staring at potatoes. Don't carry glasses of wine to the tables with your hand on the glass, use the stem. Better yet, drop all drinks below the 50/50 line. I don't want your hands near the lip of the glass where I am about to drink from. I've worked in restaurants and you'd be amazed at how infrequently the staff washes their hands. Can I get a water refill? Had to ask someone for more water since I couldn't see our server. One of us had an empty beer glass for 20 minutes also without an offer for another drink. Dessert was good and prices were reasonable. The check arrives and it still has the beef tips on it. We bring it to the server's attention and it takes 15 minutes to resolve and run the credit card.Overall, I would return for the scallops alone. Now that I've dined here, I am eager to try it again. I need to approach the experience with lower expectations and hope I am a little more impressed next visit. Sometimes it's the simplest little things that could elevate this restaurant to the next level.

A mid-September evening, spectacular view, attentive service and all the bells and whistles of a bride and groomâs dream reception. Starting with passed hot hâordeuvres and flanked by fresh fruit, cheese and crackers, with several bars available, serving a full range of libations, a lovely start to a fabulous evening. Family-style salad and delicious garlic rolls were served as the dinner hour began. Main couse options were easily accessible at staffed stations for a full range of dinner options. And for dessert...a fully stocked Sundae Bar with wedding cake on the side. The Log Cabin has it all!

Took a trip to Easthampton the other night with friends and stopped at the Galaxy for dinner. On-street parking was a little difficult to find and ended up with a short walk. Easthampton is certainly having a revival with numerous shops and restaurants. Hostess greeted up promptly and indicated about a fifteen minute wait (there were six in our party). We decided to wait at the bar and order a drink. Wonderful atmosphere with a throwback vibe, friendly bartender, and great drinks. We were brought to our table after about ten minutes and were seated in a small back room (to larger tables and one smaller). Server was there right away. Menu was diverse and prices reasonable. I ordered the "Truffle Fries"($8) and the "Pulled Pork Biscuits"($10). The Truffle Fries were coated with Parmesan cheese and Truffle Aioli. They were excellent and a good sized portion. The pulled pork had a great flavor and were in the light buttermilk biscuits (2) with a delicious, although. different coleslaw. They also came with two homemade house pickles. Terrific. My wife ordered the "Popover"($6) that came with pumpkin butter that she loved and the "Roasted Beet Salad"($7) which she also enjoyed. Others in our party ordered the "Sautéed Shrimp"($8) and the "Grilled Lamb Kabob"($15) and their comments were very positive. We all decided we would definitely make a return visit, but earlier in the day to explore Easthampton a bit.

Great locally owned and run family bar & grill. Good for single, dates, seniors and family. The buffalo wings are best tin class even though there is another location in town that claims to be the "Wings over Westfield" but the wing here are never frozen, they are big and meaty, not a lot of skin. Served with Blue Cheese and Celery. Their Hot sauce was my favorite until trying their Cajun Curry yesterday. I highly recommend it for lunch dinner, and families!

Coco is very small. Make reservations if you can. The menu changes regularly with the seasons and many ingredients are locally sourced. The cuisine is eclectic and unusual. The chef has a great sense of what flavors will go well together. Very enjoyable meal. Our only complaint was that it was noisy (small room with wood floors, brick walls).

Had a meeting in Easthampton and we needed to get dinner . Riff's does a lot of advertising and they are open on Mondays so that's where we headed. It's not hard to find the entrance is right next to the main entrance to the building called East works. We got a seat at the bar called the Hide Away, I must say there were quite a few people for a Monday. The spinach salad we spit was huge and fresh. After that we spit a burger, not the biggest burger but it was cooked has ordered and was tasty , fries were really crispy. Overall everything was good and we will go back!

This restaurant is really a neighborhood place because it's located off a main road in a neighborhood. found a seat at the bar fairly busy for a Wednesday night. Bartender was prompt with our drink order while we looked over the large menu. Lot's of inventive choices and looking around noticed that portions were large. I got the grilled Mahi Mahi with pineapple salsa and coconut risotto, really good dish the salsa had fresh red onion in it that gave it a nice punch with the sweet pineapple and the coconut risotto was a flavor I have never had in risotto but I enjoyed it! My wife ordered a roasted beet salad with chicken no complaints on the freshness of the salad and the portion was perfect for a dinner. Overall this is a place I would go to again our only small complaint is the noise level in the bar area. Enjoy!

To all of us at Homestead. food means family. It is this idea that Chef Jeremy feels so strongly about building and sharing. Food brings all of us together, and what better place than New England to grow up? The history, the food, the building block of th
My friend and I dined here in early April. They have many choices of food and small plates that you can share. Everything that we tried was scrumptious. Our waiter was the best.
