I have always been a fan of the Peopleâs Pint. They have great brew and fabulous food in a cozy setting where you feel like you know everyone. Recently they hosted a community event called Pint in the Park. It was fantastic and I really appreciated being able to enjoy an event like this downtown. Of course, great beer from the Peopleâs Pint was available, but there were also a couple other local vendors with hard cider and ginger beverages. They served everything in commemorative glasses. I decided to buy my glass and take it home. It was reasonable at just 5 bucks. There were some food booths as well and different bands came in every hour or so. It was nice hanging out in the sunshine, listening to music, and sipping away on some of the best brew this area has to offer.

Possibly the best brunch out I've ever had. Food quality is both inventive (blueberry and cream cheese stuffed French toast! Huevos rancheros with spicy hash browns!) and awesome. Friendly, hipster-y waitstaff who try and make a personal connection.I will admit this is probably as "coastal elite," "avocado toast"-y a place as you can get, but that's part of its charm. Worth driving out to the sticks of Western MA for!

Couldn't believe my luck when I found out Davenport Maple Farm was open for business in the summer time Saturday and Sunday from 8a-3p. Yay! I visited on a Sunday around 10:45 am. They were busy as several large parties had the same idea I had to come in for a late breakfast on a lazy Sunday morning. Even though the place was packed, we were seated with smiles and served quickly considering the crowd.I love coming here for the great food and of course, their amazing maple syrup. We usually follow up our meal with a hike to the fire tower to get some fresh farm air and great views of the Pioneer Valley. The farm is a great place to wander around. You can come here in sugaring season to see the sap boiling and you can come here in the fall to enjoy the autumn colors. Now you can also come here in the summer to soak up the warm sunshine. Breakfast and lunch items galore are on the menu. A small jug of their maple syrup is their gift to you when you order pancakes or waffles. Plenty to drizzle on your breakfast and even some left to take home to enjoy later.
We offer a wide variety of Breakfast & Lunch Got a big event coming up?? We also have a full Catering service for all occasions
This is a newly re-opened restaurant that was formerly known as the Trail TOC Diner, but only the location remains the same. New owner, new menus, new decor, and expanded hours all should contribute to making this place a winner. When we stopped, they had just recently opened and we were able to enjoy a great breakfast. There were several other customers in the restaurant and we could overhear their positive comments regarding their meals. It was actually early afternoon, but we were offered either a breakfast or lunch menu. While we enjoyed our hearty omelettes, the couple in the booth next to us raved about their enormous, tasty burgers. Intrigued by what I overheard, I asked to peruse the dinner menu as I enjoyed my breakfast. It was an extensive listing of burgers, sandwiches and other delicious sounding meals. I also noticed that Michael's Cafe also caters, and has special evening meals on the week-ends (fresh seafood, prime rib, and more).

Like a cake, bread or potatoes. Why, what else were you thinking, dude? Moving along... as we roamed the area in full-bore exploration mode seeking Glacial Potholes after moping along a Bridge of few Flowers, we bumbled into this store along the sidewalk. Venturing inside for a look-see, oddly enough, we discovered they definitely did not have wedding cakes. Sadly, when we asked the gentleman working, he was not able to confirm if they could make wedding cakes or not. They do, however, make lots of other yummy baked goods. We had some mini cherry cheesecake bites and drinks to go along with them. We took our unexpected finds outside and ate them at one of the storefront tables along the sidewalk. Back inside, and strangely lurking, we also found restrooms which appeared to be available for paying customers only. Comforting, indeed. Then, off we went skipping into the springtime air.

We visited here on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. We were a party of 19 and it was right before they were closing, but they efficiently took our orders, cooked everything with ease then delivered some pretty great diner food. The burgers were amazing. A local who was seated nearby recommended it and called it a "5 napkin" burger.Considering the size of our party and the time of day, you would expect the staff might be a little disgruntled, but they weren't at all. They were smiling and helpful throughout! The decor is amusing and kept us entertained. Prices were good, definitely won't break the bank eating here. We would absolutely return here if we visited this cute town again.

Gould's Sugar House has been treating folks to a real homemade New England breakfast for nearly 60 years. Helen Gould, the proprietor, still warmly welcomes visitors herself. The pancakes are amazing, but don't skip the corn fritters! And make sure to stop by the gift shop to stock up on maple syrup and all things maple, and to sample a 25 cent maple soft serve (aka cremee).

We visited as a large group of dads and boys!!! Thirteen of us had zip lines all day and these folks were willing to accommodate us. A big plus there. The truffle steak fries were good as were the fried peppers and fellows cheese appetizer. But...the peanut butter and jelly burger, sounds horrid, was amazing. Good beer list. All in all, it was delicious.

We previously had a very pleasant dining experience ( Easter Brunch) so we expected that our lunch Sunday would be enjoyable also. Well, we definitely weren't disappointed. We sat at very nice table for two in the corner near the fireplace. My wife remembered their beet salad and had it again, much to her delight. I tried something different - the Monte Cristo sandwich - definitely a winner!! Their version was smoked ham, melted gruyere, dijonnaise on brioche french toast, with a small side salad. It came with a tiny pitcher of maple syrup and to my surprise (and pleasure) drizzling a little syrup over the sandwich as I took each bite added a very unique flavor I thoroughly enjoyed. Our server was very nice and attentive and even apologized that my wife's cocktail arrived late and deducted it from our bill. I highly recommend this place, and I don't think anyone can go wrong by spending their afternoon or evening here.
