Nice location. Staff was not super friendly or helpful really. And could not recommend much. Food was just OK. May give it another shot as some of the other dishes looked more appetizing.
Best chicken in town. And what's funny is if you tell people you're going to get some gas station chicken they look and act funny until they taste it.

Another very disappointed customer left with granddaughter when sent to neighboring McDonald's to get a milkshake. Lots of people EXPECT milkshakes at Casper's, and this doesn't set well with old timers. Plus, having lived on the east coast and getting familiar with Smith hot dogs, Caspers is very good but no longer the best. Will still shop at Caspers, but their customers want shakes! (Nation's Hamburgers is able to do shakes, and so should they).
Not as good as Caspers and I believe more expensive. They are closer to where I live. I prefer the cheese that Caspers uses vs. Sams.

Located in the magnificent former power plant of a Ford automobile factory, the Boilerhouse serves fresh, fast, local, delicious food on the waterfront. Enjoy exceptional value, great tastes and, of course, our amazing view of the San Francisco skyline an
My husband and I go to Assemble for the "Columbia Employee Store" passes. When you finish eating, they present the bill along with a pass for four people. However, every time we eat there, we are pleasantly surprised. The food is well-seasoned and tasty. My favorite dish is the garlic fries. They are garlicky, crispy, and fall under the "bet you can't eat just one" category. The fish and chips are fresh, the coleslaw, crunchy. The coffee is not that trendy "sour, roasted to the first crack" roast that often predominates in urban warehouse restaurants settings. The only criticism I have is that their reservation system doesn't always work, they don't always answer their phone, and the service is a little slow and spotty. However, they do have a captive audience and it is not an unpleasant place to grab a bite to eat.
The facade of the establishment seems dim and perhaps a bit uninviting with the locked gate, but as soon as you enter there the atmosphere is warm as can be. We had breakfast and enjoyed the classics grits and eggs & winglets and eggs, Best fried chicken I have had in a very long time. Not greasy and the flavor made you smile instantly. The service was friendly with lots of local charm. There menu is not extensive, but what you get is certainly worth writing home about. We definitely will return when we are in the neighborhood.

For more than 65 years Denny's has been bringing people together over great food. It's the place where people can relax and be themselves; where they can enjoy classic American comfort food and everyday value. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Here, you ca
Denny's restaurants are always a pretty good choice for breakfast. I am not as crazy about the food at other times of the day but it is not a bad place to get your day started. This particular location was across the street from my hotel so it was an easy walk. The storefront appearance and the décor in this case were very typical of the Denny's chain. I opted for this establishment because I am watching what I eat at this point and I was more inclined toward egg whites than the standard eggs my hotel made available at their buffet. I like the fact that Denny's has developed options with their Fit Fare offerings that are at least a bit healthier. I chose the Fit Fare Skillet which was egg whites over pan seared vegetables and potatoes. You have to get past the fact that it is scalding hot when it is first brought out, as it tastes very good once it has a chance to cool down just a bit. The service in this location was quite good as my waitress, Maria, was very pleasant and quite attentive making sure my coffee and water were never depleted. The prices have gone up at Denny's the last couple of years it seems but it is still a decent deal. My bill was $13 with tip and tax. Overall, if you are looking for a reasonably-priced and decent quality breakfast, this is a good place to try.

This is a terrific destination restaurant with the option to play the machines if you are so inclined - it has a good variety of food , especially the salmon (when I was there in November 2014). There is a fully equipped bar and lounge as you enter the restaurant with beer and ale on tap.Definitely a good place for that special occasion.

I had steak, garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli and beer. There 10 of us and only 2 people liked their food. The white wine was served in a bottle that waswarm. The only good thing was the hamburger, broccoil and beer. The place is not very clean. The wait people were very friendly and the service was good. A few of the people said they would go back. I and a few others will not go back.

We were in the mood for a "real" breakfast and came here. It's a classic diner--nothing fancy--with good basic food. Our server was great. My eggs-over-medium arrived almost raw--a lot of the white was still raw--and she was great about replacing them promptly.
