We have eaten at Copenhagen for years and they maintain a high quality of food and service. Breakfast lunch and dinner are all solid bets for a fair priced meal. Dinner sees another experience that is fun. Always a winner. Chinese chicken salad is a huge favorite at lunch time. Well worth a visit.

In times of low carb and protein loaded salad steamed chicken low-fat organic gluten free sunshine smoothie wrap there is a remaining place where 95% of the customers are men-hungry men. This place offers barbecue that makes you dreaming. Atmosphere is more a dining room than a Separee. Food quality and service is perfect. If you need to work after a lunch go for a small Plate.

We wanted a snack before bedtime after a day of eating and socializing with extended family in the area. The "B" was a great choice. Free evening parking was just a step away in the San Mateo central parking garage. They had a duo of easy jazz musicians entertaining the room when the 3 of us arrived. We ordered decently priced and tasting Shiraz wine and 2 had large salads, a Caesar and a salmon and greens. We also ordered 1 order of brushetta, consisting of 4 large slices, each cut into 4 bites (16 pieces) making it easy to share among the table. We had the choice of a nice list of toppings, including 2 for which there was a $1 upcharge to the base price of $14 for the order. We ended up choosing 4 different toppings and really liked all our choices, especially prosciutto and fig on marscapone cheese. Our server was efficient and cheerful.

This was my first experience with Vault and it was very good. The restaurant is downtown and has a pub-bar feel. The waitstaff are friendly, but busy. I only had appetizers for dinner and had a great poached pear salad and crab cakes. The salad had fresh corn, candied pecans, dried cranberries, bleu cheese on a bed of butter lettuce with white balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The mixture of flavors was really good. the crab cakes were made from dungeness crabs and served with an aioli.

Godfather's Burger Lounge offers gourmet American cuisine with an elegant European twist. Come enjoy one of our delicious grass-fed burgers.
My wife & I had dinner at Godfather's & we really enjoyed our meal. The décor is nice, very upscale for a burger joint. Our server was Alan & he really did a good job. Very nice & accommodating. Always made sure we had everything we needed. My wife had the California Burger & I had the Godfather Burger. My wife burger had avocado & mushrooms. It was messy & kind of fell apart, but she ate the whole thing & loved it. My burger was excellent. I don't think I have had a better burger, at least I can't think of where I would have had it. This burger was perfect. The meat was excellent & was cooked perfectly. The lettuce, tomatoes & red onions were very fresh & made the burger just right. We'll be back & I'll try a different burger, maybe.Happy to hear you and your wife loved it! Thanks so much for stopping by. I'll be sure to pass on the kind words to Alan. Hope to have you back again real soon. -Mike

Like other BJ's Restaurants that I have visited, this place is no exception and is on the noisy side. The food is on par with other BJ's as well and is generally dependable and good. It is located in a shopping center with convenient parking outside the restaurant. Service was good too.

Service was excellent serious looking staff except for the smiling order taker/cashierbut all efficient & quicke service, quick clean table after each customer leaves. Food were great..love what I had, hubby & I were content, were full but light on the belly. The place is crowded on breakfast and lunch. Parking spot is gold...you have to go between 1:30pm-2pm to beat the crowd & soon to close. The place is funky & interesting each wall has its eclectic wall decor its a combo of anything goes....

Nestled alongside a quiet lagoon, our fourth restaurant, and the first to feature the upstairs, upscale Top of the Market, has been a dining destination for bay area residents since 1982. This beautiful restaurant also features a full-service cocktail bar
Both waiters and the kitchen were overwhelmed by the packed restaurant. This was Sunday of Labor Day weekend. But most annoying was that they took a reservation for 6 with a request for deck seating. After being strung along, we finally went outside to look and discovered that there are no tables for 6 on the deckâonly for 2 or 4. Many of these canât be put together without blocking the walkway. Yet, they strung us along until it became obvious that there was NEVER going to be a time on a busy night where two of the relevant adjoining tables would be available. Why not just say so when 1) Taking the reservation; or 2) Upon arrival? When we were finally seated indoors in an undesirable location (because we waited for the phantom table outside), food was cold, overcooked and a drink was forgotten. They gave us a couple of appetizers and a beer because of the messed up food, but the overwhelming experience was very poor.TravelRab - Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your dining experience. The general manager of the San Mateo Restaurant, Simon, would appreciate the opportunity to discuss it with you. Please email me a way to contact you at [email protected] I hope to hear from you soon. Kirk B

Fantastic place for breakfast. Great neighborhood find.My wife & I had breakfast here on Sunday after about a 2 year absence. Fresh coffee (and hot) while you wait for your table.Omelets are all excellent, Eggs Benedict is great. All served with home style potatoes. The service is so good. Everyone is very friendly, cheerful & helpful. I feel good just being around these people. It won't be 2 years before we visit NIni's again. Best breakfast in San Mateo.
