Enjoyed the music, the food was also surprisingly good. American food in Mexico can sometimes be suspect but this wasnât the case for our visit. Liked the wings and ribs along with the music. Live band was about to play when we left and was told it was family friendly as well if we wanted to stay but we were tired from a long day of activities.

I've been wanting to come to District for a long time and definitely was not disappointed!!! Over the course of a week I ate there about 4+ times and got to try almost everything on the menu. They provided me with amazing service and delicious food. I would suggest getting a little bit of everything as it is great to share in a group of friends or even just for two people. Bring your appetite; you'll want to order everything!Right now there is a Test Kitchen menu which features a selection of burgers. The "Purest" is better than an in-and-out burger and would highly recommend trying this one. Another couple favorites are the Ahi Tuna, District Greens and the Lettuce Wraps. There is a great selection of beers (the COLDEST in the Baja) and the house cocktails are amazing - try the Sangria; a favorite!Definitely head in for brunch on Saturday/Sunday. They have a great selection of items - the Benny's are really tasty & so are the Ceasre's (they taste just like home). The environment was fun and friendly, good for kids as well. On the weekend evenings, they have a DJ which makes for a fun and lively atmosphere. Outside, there is a patio with games including corn-hole. They have multiple TV screens which is ideal for watching sports.The restaurant has AC & fast WIFI. My husband and I had watched a college basketball game at Retro Burger a couple of years ago and had a good experience. This time we were disappointed. Although they were able to find our game, we were seated in front of a large fan blowing on us right by the restrooms, so there was a steady stream of guests walking between us and the TV. Our waiter was a "hotshot" who seemed to think very highly of himself, but he wasn't very attentive. They had a chicken wing special for $5. We tried honey garlic and they were really good. I had Mac n Cheese with bacon which was creamy and tasty. My husband's burger however was very garlicky and I didn't think it even tasted like beef. Yuck! The atmosphere inside is very sterile while the outdoor area looks a bit more festive, but is crowded with smokers. We won't be back!

It was an awesome experience from the moment we sat down...the owner George was a great conversationalist and is passionate about his restaurant. We order 2 Prime Rib dinners both cooked to exacting delicious perfection and huge!!! same as the drinks...Huge!!!. If you have an appetite for fantastic huge meals...come check it out. By chance we discovered this place while walking to another nearby restaurant and decided to give it a try for dinner the following day; we weren't disappointed. Somewhat of a unique atmosphere with dining tables setup in a swimming pool area surrounding the pool. The setup seems to work as it is different from your typical inside or garden type dining venues and gives it a relaxing ambience. We both ordered the fresh fish fillet dinner which came with a garden salad, rice and fresh vegetables. Portions were large, well prepared and very tasty. Service was very good and attentive. We had a couple of Sangria's and it was a perfect meal. The evening we dined at La Salsa's, they had live music; a male singing and playing a guitar along with a female singer. Both were good entertainers as they played and sang a variety of 50's, 60's and 70's songs which added to the dining atmosphere. Following dinner, we ordered another round of Sangria's and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere as well as the music. During the course of our dinner, the owner, Sheila, stopped at our table ensuring we enjoyed our dining experience and chatted with us for a short time.We very much enjoyed our dinner at La Salsa's and will definitely return.

This is a quaint family owned restaurant and bar located near the old town square. The staff here are all very friendly, hospitable and eager to please. They make THE BEST mango margarita ever! And they also make them virgin - so.....SO delicious and refreshing, The food is all made to order here and you will love pretty much everything they make.

If you are craving a fresh, healthy salad to offset some of the less-healthy food choices you may have been making on your vacay, head to Cynthia Fresh. Went there for lunch and ordered a salad with roasted veggies--carrots and beets--on really yummy greens...and surprise! caramelized, roasted banana slices. Hubby got salad with apples and nuts. Both tasted garden-fresh. Added some not-so healthy garlic-herb fries--worth it! Reasonably priced as well. Take note of the cash-only policy; also saw a sign that there is a $10 mxp surcharge on each item you order for takeout.
