Wahoo: A cry of accomplishment, nickname of the Virginia Cavaliers, a fish or a dandy beach bar and grill? All are correct but my choice would be Wahoo's Waterside Pub & Patio on Gulf Boulevard, Redington Shores.Wahoo's is a quaint, non-pretentious beachy spot serving really good grub, cold beer and wine topped off with friendly staff and patrons. This is a welcome relief from the ubiquitous tourist traps lining the beach. Wahoo's is perfect for locals and visitors in-the-know.There is a paper menu but your best bets are to be found on the daily changing chalk boards. If you are lucky you might snag a parking spot on Gulf Boulevard. We've only been lucky once. Usually we park in the free lot across the boulevard. Also, there are tables outside overlooking the Intracoastal.Did I mention this place ain't fancy? But, what the heck ... WAHOO!

We enjoyed our breakfast here. The diner style food and service was very good, and we would definitely go back again. My husband loved the pancakes, and said they were the best he had this tried. I loved being able to get an entire plate of orange wedges as a side. The food was well prepared and portioned.

Fun beach late dinner. Surf and beach decorated. Sat at the cute little bar for tacos and nachos and sangria. Red sangria was best and the staff was super friendly. Thanks for the great review. Glad you had a great time and I look forward to having you again soon.

Fast, friendly service. I had one of the best eggs Benedict meals ever! My friend had a banana and strawberry crepe to die for. All fresh ingredients- they even make their jelly in house. Cute and cozy decor. We will definitely be returning here!

We go here often, and the food is normally good breakfast fare. My last visit had an issue with overdone bacon, almost burnt. They took it back and replaced with chewy bacon and all was right, although a quicker check back would have remedied the issue before I had eaten my Bennythanks cherie for your review - thank you for your patronage over the years - bacon is an individual taste that we've found most guests like crispy however as we did in your case we'll gladly recook to your liking - if this is the only issue we're golden - we look forward to your next visit - warmly, john

Great food, relaxing casual atmosphere and gigantic frozen Margaritas - what's not to love? Our server, Amanda K., took great care of us, instantly took our drink orders and brought us a large pitcher of ice water which was greatly appreciated after a day on the beach in the hot Florida sun. Frozen Margaritas followed very shortly and were absolutely delicious. We both had the Chicken Club sandwich and everything was very tasty, cooked perfectly. No room for dessert for either of us as the meals were huge. The Seabreeze overlooks the Intercoastal waterway, great location especially if you want to sit outside on the patio. We'll definitely return. Keep an eye out for George, the resident seabird - he's a regular.Thank you for joining us, Shaun! We're so happy to hear you enjoyed a great experience, and we will be sure to share your compliments with Amanda. We are happy to hear George was nice this visit (He can sometimes be a little pushy for food..) and we hope to see you again soon!

Nice place, has bee around for years. Somw aspects of the interior needs work, but nice people, good food, and very reasonable prices, you can easily overlook issues.Thank you for the review! Unfortunately we were ripped off by a contractor who left the renovations done halfway. We have found a new one who is going to start the work by the end of the month! Thank you for the feedback and we appreciate your patience. The final product will be beautiful. We're going to have Granite windowsills and the woodwork is what's holding up all of the work because the previous installer set the drywall and wall tile too far back so now its going to take someone skilled to finish it.

We have the Freshest Seafood in Madeira Beach! We also serve pasta, steak, Chicken, and Hamburgers. We are located in the world famous Johns Pass. Make sure you try our award winning New England Clam Chowder!
The restaurant is in a lovely spot at St. John's Pass. Looked like a nice upscale place. When you walk in you are assaulted by a moldy, off kind of smell. I should have known at that point what was ahead. We ordered fish sandwiches, which I usually love. I ordered the grouper, which is the only fish I eat. $18.95 for a fish sandwich... Ok..... not too bad if it tastes good. Food arrived in a timely manner, but the taste was off. It kind of tasted like the smell I was hit with on the way in. Maybe the refigerator smells? I don't know... It also did not taste like grouper. It was off somehow, I could not put my finger on it. My husband had tilapia, and liked it. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in this place. I would not return, as there are many more restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
