Besides being a fun place to eat, the appetizers and entres are delicious! Itâs also a great place to bring your kids of any age. Many different types of drinks and food on the menu including a kidâs menu so thereâs something for everyone. The fried pickles were really good as was the mozzarella sticks which were more the size of small logs. The shrimp and grits were excellent as well as the burger topped with grilled shrimp and pepper jack cheese. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. My GF, daughter and 3 grandchildren chose Walk Ons to celebrate Motherâs Day! It was a very nice experience. The grandkids highly approved of their food! We will be back.
It was really good. Charlie had grilled steak with onions and mushrooms. I had boiled crawfish. Very good. Will definitely be back. Will tell everyone about it.

Located south of Baton Rouge minutes from Blue Bayou Water Park. Off I-10 Exit 166.
Been there twice recently, good food & hospitality. Spicy pasta dish, great shrimp/catfish/crawfish. And the seasonal smoked turkey is "just right" - lightly smoked & juicy.

In town from Florida, craved seafood, 9 of us, lots of poboys which were amazing, had a duo, I had a trio, everything was perfect. And Lexi was an amazing server. Fun. Attentive. Took perfect care of all of us!

We tried this restaurant on Sunday May 26th, 2019 with my mother, daughter and her friend. We enjoyed our appetizer (alligator), the trout and our chocolate mousse. Our server was very responsive and gave us service very quickly. I can't remember his name unfortunately. I would visit again.

Went out to eat dinner and the food was not great. We got charbroiled oysters and it felt like I was eating a ball of cheese not oysters. We also got a shrimp poboy which was extremely small and had terrible fries. Way too overpriced for its quality. I got crab cakes which was also not great. They put this white sauce on top making it very sour, nasty! They should learn how to make romalade sauce and top it with that instead. Our waitress Susan was great though. Made this place bearable. Do not recommend.

Went with the wife for my birthday. Lots of variety and haven't been disappointed. I got the pork chop platter (2 chops) with mashed potatoes and friend okra, wife order liver and onions, mashed potatoes and gravy with friend okra. Both were very good and hot. Big portions. Service was good even though it was a Friday night. Come earlier, it fills up fast. Reasonable prices!! We will be back. Nice casual atmosphere and wide variety of choices.

Our family of 12 met to celebrate my 67th birthday with our family. Sammyâs has such a variety of food on the menu that any age can find something to like. Workers are friendly & act professional. Always checking to see what else we needed. Since I didnât want a cake to eat on all week everyone ordered the dessert that they wanted. I got the White Chocolate Blueberry Bread Pudding. So yummy
