The custard is always good. I think the chili dog is the best in town. The steak burgers are good. But if you haven't had one before, beware the patties are very thin.

Just had a great BBQ combo meal with beans and slaw. The rib, brisket combo was nicely smoked and had a nice mild sauce to top the light hint of smoke. Service was excellent. Internet order didn't go thru, so the manager comp me a adult beverage. Plenty of food for a second meal. Great first visit to Rib Crib.

Cheapest breakfast in town!! Can't beat a philly, cowboy, or burger any where! Local favorite! Family owned cooked in front of you!

We were in the Pittsburg, KS area for a funeral and stumbled across this Chicken Annie's. The food was solid and our waitress was very helpful. She even brought my wife a sample of the baked beans! The portion sizes were very large and prices were reasonable.

I've heard of this restaurant for years and finally tried it since we were driving through the area. The chicken fried steak, green beans, cole slaw, and bread were all very good. The chicken fried chicken was fine but didn't have much seasoning. The breading was nice and thin, not overwhelming. Before we left, the waitress brought us and some other people several pieces of fried chicken and said they were extras that they didn't want to throw away! It was still an hour before closing time, too!

We were traveling, saw the reviews and decided to stop. One Western Omelet and one eggs hashbrowns & sausage. The homemade bread is crazy big! Very good food, almost too much to eat when you're traveling. I highly recommend.

Without a doubt the best Pizza in Pittsburg. Several delicious options on the menu for pizza but also lots of fantastic sandwich options available. My favorite is the BBQ Chicken or Carnivore Craze. I'm not a big fan of Chicago Style so we usually get the thin crust. Always look forward to coming here. Their Sunday special is out of this world good. 1 large 1 topping, 1 large Specialty, and cheesy bread sticks for $25. Can't beat it. Only con would be sometimes they can be a little slow but it's worth the wait if you have some time.

Zerngast Chicken Dinners
SEK is known for it's fried chicken, offering 6 specialty chicken restaurants in a 25 mi. circle. Chicken Mary's chicken truly was the winner on the Travel Channels Chicken War quest. The fried chicken in this area dates back 75 years, fried chicken dinners were served to the coal miners. Mary's chicken is the best of the best. A great family restaurant you'll enjoy so much you'll want to order more to take home for tomorrow. I personally have enjoyed this restaurant for 70 years.

Had the ribeye and baked potato. My rating reflects that I occasionally get to 5-star Omaha steakhouses. But this spot is definitely worth it for small town cuisine. The sirloin was tender. The potatoes very nice. My son had a T-bone. Iâd recommend you get steak here. Service very friendly.

Everytime we visit our family in Pittsburg, Kansas, we make sure to have lunch at the Mall Deli. The food is very good with many choices and priced right.
