Went for the live piano/singing; the service and food were icing on the cake! We sat at the bar where Tom, the bartender, took excellent care of us. It's easy to make new friends there, as everyone at the bar seemed like we'd known them for years. And the food...excellent steaks, cooked to perfection! Definitely the perfect ending to our week in Park City!

I visited here a few years ago and was disappointed. Well, the restaurant is consistent because I was, once again, disappointed. The miso soup was so loaded with salt that everyone returned it, but it still appeared on the bill (unforgivable). Almost, everyone has their main course redone in some fashion because it was prepared incorrectly. And, we were only the 2nd table occupied. I donât think Iâll go back again. The only good new is that the patio is dog friendly.

Once upon a time, there was a dog. Fletcher wasn't always his name. He was abused and abandoned; shot with a gun, for shame. His lucky day came at last when he was rescued from a shelter by a girl named Sue. Sadness slipped away, and a good life began. Fl
Eleven for dinner and they did a great job on service. Loved the ribs and all the sides. Shared several desserts.

American small plates. We loved every dish we chose. Cocktails were great too. Go here over Riverhorse, which I think is much pricier and overrated in my opinion. The only one concern is that they don't have a kids menu. There were a couple menu items that kids would like (for example, their charcuterie board) and they offered a couple off menu items, but if your kids are super picky and will only eat a hot dog or mac n cheese, probably not the best place for you.

Edge is a great steakhouse! Modern elegance. Delicious steaks. We loved the famous Snake River Wagyu they feature. Excellent steak tartare with hassekback caviar, then the Zabuton cut-a filet mignon styled cut, but with more flavor and texture. Tasty truffled mac n cheese. Delicious popovers. Nice wine list. We are locals and rarely eat out on Main Street because most of the restaurants are quite pricey, but we recently went back to Riverhorse and will certainly return. The openness of the main dining room made for an interesting ambience - cool, bustling, but comfortable. Our meals were excellent. We split a salad topped with a 6 minute egg that had been rolled in panko, a unique twist that was delicious. I had the scallop and shrimp tom kha that was likewise delicious.

I live in Park City. I have eaten at most restaurants. Due to seasonal business here (Winter and Summer are busiest time of year). many restaurants are inconsistent in their quality. This is an expensive place to live, and sadly most people in the services industry have to commute a long distance (e.g. Salt Lake City). Because of the challenges of seasonality, low base wages, and high employee turnover, and restaurant can go from great to fair immediately. Not Ruth's Chris. I have never had a bad meal there. No surprises. No getting serve in shifts, when one guest is served, then another later. This place is first class.

Been wanting to eat here for the longest time. Should have made this the go too place along time ago. I had the pulled pork Benedict and the wife had the petite avocado toast and small granola. Short Walk from Hotel Park City or 2 minute drive. Donât let the wait scare you... Itâs worth it.
