Simple bar food. Not a place I would go to eat but good snacks to go along with the "coldest beer in town". Most customers are local expats, many retired Americans.

It looks like I am the first one to review this newly opened café. While new in Barretos, the Pielady Subic is in fact related to charlieâs restaurant (Clark) and the Pielady (Angeles), and serves similar items. In the beginning, I was a bit worried that the pies and cakes wonât live up to the quality in the other places, but luckily I was wrong. Pastries and other food items are in fact at par, service is equally friendly, and the coffee is excellent. I also like the atmosphere of this café. It has a bright, spacious and open feel to it, and one can chose between outside and inside seating. I found the outside especially nice till about noon when it is shady. Or you can enjoy nice views of the evening sky in the late afternoons. Outside in the daytime I found it too hot, unless you want to enjoy the adjacent pool. There is plenty of parking. The Pielady café can be a bit hard to find. It is right next to a hotel and a fitness studio, at the back of the parking lot. Therefore you may not see it right from the street, but have to go into the corner parking area. Cons: No internet as of now, but I heard it is in the works.
Swing by the Barrio Baretto area to fill dome dive tanks and ground this pub, bar, resto establishment. When you first walk in it is reminiscent of the old us military days almost three decades ago. Lots of rattan, bamboo, wood and poorly lit.Within minutes of our arrival an older American kicked on some music from god knows when or who but it was catchy enough my employees enjoyed it. I think some might call the music "rockabilly".They opted for the sandwichs and I got the thai food. Unfortunately it seems the staff making the burgers and sandwiches too much longer than anticipated but in all fairness the burgers and sandwich were pretty damn impressive. The venue is right on the beach so if the urge strikes you can head right to the water after a beer.

went here for a family dinner, menu offers a lot compared to the other restautants nearby, and slightly cheaper too, served with big portions, rugby themed decors since im a rugby fan myself. also im a photographer too and seeing the work of micheal walls landscape shots is also a nice touch. if available, choose to be seated in the upper floor so you get a better view of the beach,

I ordered their Grilled Porkchop. Sumptuous. I also tried the Halo-Halo. It was good as well. The door to the Rest Room. The door to the Rest Room should have been painted. But I was surprised that the Rest Room is Clean. Could have been better. Overall, it was good.
Tacos, hamburgers and other quick style foods at ridiculously low prices. Mike, the owner, does a great job and I've eaten here often enough to recommend if you're ever in Baloy Beach. They also have an attached western style apartment building at competitive prices, inquire within for details.

Since having a curry omelette here for breakfast years ago I have been wanting to try something for dinner but never had the chance until now. I had the Patty Melt which was a daily special for a good price and was not disappointed. The meat was tasty and the cheese and sauce delicious. It will be on the regular schedule.
