local favorite, reviewed on yelp and others. If you google you will find several listings. Would love to review this as we eat here every time we visit Elmhurst, which is 1-2 times a year for 16 years. ALL the locals know Rainbow very well. Always busy.
Friendly family-run restaurant. Extensive menu. Good service. I had the chicken kabob dinner; my friend had the chicken Kiev; my sister had an omelette. All were very good. We were there on a Saturday afternoon, and it was very busy---clearly popular with people who live nearby. Prices reasonable. Free parking.

Went for happy hour. Stayed for dinner. Service was great. Huge portions. I had the Chicken Velasco and it was outstanding. Took a bit longer to cook but a full wine glass kept me satisfied! Our party of four was very pleased. Will definitely return!

I visited the restaurant during a business trip during the recent polar vortex. Temperatures were below zero but the Great Escape was warming and welcoming. The food selection was varied and tasty and the service prompt. My business colleague and I were quickly seated. Portion size and price were good. A gem of a local restaurant worth trying.

Tomâs has been a local fixture since it was founded in the 1950s. Recently back from India, where the cow is generally not eaten, I was craving steak and some knowledgeable friends brought me here. I had a perfect fillet. The soup and potato were good, too. There are other appealing options including fish. Decor apparently hasnât changed here since the 1950s and thatâs a good thing for us nostalgia fans. Many funeral luncheons are held here and I can see why. Tomâs serves the ultimate comfort food.

For more than 65 years Denny's has been bringing people together over great food. It's the place where people can relax and be themselves; where they can enjoy classic American comfort food and everyday value. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Here, you ca

You know the place: simple and comfortable decor with some better-than-expected dishes coming out of the kitchen. The kind of place you go to again and again on your lunch break, simply because it's good, it's filling, and it's easy. That's who we've been
A local brought me here and promised that I would love the food. He was right and I have found a new lunch place when I am in the area. A very casual restaurant with a big menu that serves gyros to hamburgers. I had the gyro lunch special and couldn't finish the massive gyro. It was one of the best that I have ever had. The fries were fresh. We were able to get in, get a great lunch and get out quickly. I'll be back.

I had many meals here over the 3 weeks that I stayed at the adjoining Motel8. The food is very good home/family cooking of various ethnic backgrounds. The whole staff were very friendly and informal. The place was always clean and at a good temperature. It was surprisingly quiet for being close to a major truck route. The hours are very convenient. I had a number of breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Home to America's favorite Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef, burgers, salads, and chocolate cake.
I always enjoy Portillo's. Just a fun place to go and enjoy an inexpensive meal. Comfort food. The food is always delicious. This Portillo's is a little smaller than the others, but just as good.Every time I come to Chicago, I always make Portillo's a stop.Gladly go back.
