Reviews on American food in Navarre, Florida, United States. Navarre is a Census-designated place and unincorporated community in Santa Rosa County in the northwest Florida Panhandle. It is a bedroom community for mostly U.S. Military personnel, Federal Civil Servants, local population, retirees and defense contractors. Due to its proximity to Navarre Beach and its four miles of beach front on the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Gulf Islands National Seashore, it has a small, but growing community of nature enthusiasts and tourists.

I figured this was going to be a huge disappointment. We were very surprised that we all actually enjoyed the food and service. It wasn't busy at all when we got there and we had a good waitress. We ordered the carnitas nachos for appetizer. It didn't look very appetizing when it arrived but we dug in and it was really good. We had everything from fried green tomatoes with a wonderful remoulade sauce to peel and eat shrimp to kids meals. All thought there meal was good. We sat on the deck outside and watched some serious volleyball. Overall, we were impressed in what we thought would be horrible tourist food.

Stripes is a Sports Bar serving traditional American Pub fare located right in the heart of Navarre. We are located in the Publix shopping center next to the Navarre liquor store. We strive to provide great food at an affordable cost in a friendly atmosph
So many things went wrong that there isn't space enough to write it all. Suffice it to say we waited over 40 minutes for our food only only to receive a very insincere apology from the waitress for forgettng to put in our order. They were busy (although there were plenty of wait staff) and our waitress was neglectful if is; otherwise, Wed have questioned the wait time dinner. Anyway, we eventually left without eating because after another wait we still didn't have food. The crazy chick was actually going to charge us for our drinks (1 Coke and 1 sweet tea) but thought better of it after she went to print the bill and let us go without having to pay anything. The positive outcome? We now know which restaurant to NEVER bother trying again!

We are a full service brew pub restaurant with both our own craft brews (brewed onsite) and international and domestic bottled craft brews, one of the only wood fire brick oven pizza ovens in the area, and upscale dining and lunch menu appetizers and entr
My husband and I had driven by this place a few times and finally decided to try it. It is a few miles north of the coast on Hwy. 87. It serves typical bar & grill food: burgers, sandwiches, pizza. I think their real claim to fame is the number and types of beer they serve. We just went for food. We both opted for BBQ. The sandwiches were okay, pretty typical fare. The French fries were unique, thick and swirled in their cut, but very tasty. Next time, I think Iâll try the pizza. I have read good things about it. The place looks new and clean. One problem I had was no artificial sweeteners, so I didnât order my usual unsweetened tea. I thought that was odd.

We drove over from Pensacola to have breakfast early Friday morning. The drive, by the way, is absolutely gorgeous. We had our two fur babies with us and were able to sit outside under an umbrella with them to enjoy our breakfast. The prices are great. It is located on the main road so a little loud with the traffic, but the food is worth the noise. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with hash browns. It was very good, and large large portion also. The staff was friendly. I would recommend giving this restaurant a try if you are in the area.

I have had shrimp basket at different locations and they were reasonable and good for the price, but not this one. Service and food was pour. Hi Aaron, we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your meal with us. Thank you for providing us with your feedback so we can work to improve our restaurant. We hope you will give us a second chance to impress you!

When we arrived the place was almost empty. After a few minutes more people arrived. Service was average. The wait staff was pleasant. The food was also average. We had the stuffed flounder and the grouper. The founder was stuffed with a crab meat dressing. Much more dressing than flounder Not much crab meat in the dressing. It also has a white sauce. Overall is was all too salty. We also ordered the grouper. The fillet was light and tasty but it was also covered in a sauce with peppers and tomatoes Although tasty it was also salty. The table next to us ordered the fried shrimp. They looked much better and may have been a better choice,

We stopped here after failing to find our first two choices. This was one of those "There's a restaurant, just go there, I'm tired of driving around" type stops. But, wow, what a nice meal we had! The parking lot was a bit confusing to navigate, and once inside it was kind of loud and a little dim, BUT once our food got there, we were pleasantly surprised at how much we liked this place. The staff was very friendly also. All four of my children ordered the cheeseburger from the kid's menu, and it was not your average small kiddie burger. It was a good size plate! They even had their leftovers from that dinner for lunch the next day! My husband had a spicy shrimp taco dinner, and I ordered the Pimento Burger. Do yourself a favor, order the Pimento Burger! Holy Moses! Plus, the fries were bottomless. Would eat here again next time we pass through!

Local family owned and operated. We have Seafood including Shrimp, Fried Oysters, catfish, but also have other choices...Salads, Chicken, Steaks. We also serve a local favorite....MULLET!!
We went here for breakfast based on reviews and sorry we did. The blueberry pancakes were the worst I have ever had, they had some cheap oil in them. The grits were among the worst I have had, absolutely no taste to them. Service was rude! Didnât get refills quickly. Had the cinnamon roll pancakes and they were mot great, I have had much better at other places. Their fish might be good but their breakfasts and service was awful!

Quick Service Affordable Fresh Seafood. Fried and Grilled Dinners, Sandwiches, and Kids Meals
Scooters is casual dining offering the freshest fish and seafood around. Always delicious no matter what we order. The grilled mahi sandwich was best fish sandwich we have ever had. Seasoning was delicious. Everyone in our family of 10 loved their meals, and that never happens. It will be one of our regular places to eat on future visits to NAVARRE.

This is a must stop if you are craving a breakfast with a Puerto Rican flair added to it. OMG...it is so good. The Cuban is to die for (Sundays only) along with the Porker (I get the Porker Piglets which come in three corn tortillas) and the Breakfast Brisket Taco. Iâve never been to JJâs and left disappointed. The huge selection of coffee is sure to please any coffee drinker. If youâre in Navarre, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You will not be disappointed !!!
