The Landing was tasked with serving a very large group of us for a work event. We were given excellent choices off of a pre-fixed menu (which sometimes can be a let down). We started with the pork skins and cheese (being born and raised in South Louisiana, I had never had that and it was delicious! How did I miss that?) I had the chicken florentine and it was incredible! The chicken was fresh, the portion was hefty, and the spinach on top was excellent. The service was unmatched! The entire team working on our group did a phenomenal job. Job very well done. We will certainly be back.

From oysters to seafood and steaks to pasta. All the dishes were very good with large portions and fresh ingredients. A little more upscale than Papas but with same good food and service.

In town seeing the Christmas lights. Only a couple of restaurants open on a Sunday evening so we chose this pub. Our service was excellent - prompt and friendly. My husband had the blackened redfish with vegetable medley as the side. It was outstanding. The fish was perfectly cooked and very flavorful; same for the veggies. I had the chicken and sausage gumbo. While the roux was dark, thick and deliciously flavored, the gumbo had an over abundance of chicken and very little sausage, with no okra or other good veggies - very plain so I was a bit disappointed. Wine was reasonably priced and decent. Good value for the money.

What an amazing find for our 46th anniversary dinner! We ordered the pork medallions with potato casserole & meat pies with jambalaya - outstanding choices. The great service provided by Marla made our celebration extra special. The bread pudding with praline sauce is not to be missed - a fantastic treat. This place is worth finding, only wish there was a location in Hot Springs, AR!!

Part of my first time to LA, brought us here for a bite. What a great place, my brother & his wife brought us here to enjoy a meal before fooling around the historical sites of the area. The food & service was great. Itâs a quiet place Ali g the main drag. I enjoyed my time here!

Don't be put off by the location in a gas station. They have a nice, little seating area. My husband loved his sandwich and especially the bread. The service was very friendly.

This is a down-home southern cooking restaurant. I tried their meat pies and wasn't disappointed. I tried meat pies in several restaurants while in the area and thought Lasyone had the best. I particularly liked the crust. It was flaky and tasty. The filling was excellent. I shouldn't have ordered the red beans and rice with sausage as I couldn't finish it all. I highly recommend ordering their specials. Their chicken & dumplings comes in a large bowls and is not only great, but filling. All meals are around $10. You can order ala carte (i.e. meat pie for around $6).

Great food and great service. We asked our waiter what he liked most. He recommended the crawfish pie and bread pudding. Wonderful! We also had the gumbo. We will have to return to sample other menu items. Our waiter was very attentive and we appreciate the recommendations. The prices are very reasonable.
