We are temporarily closed until next spring, but we encourage you to go and visit our sister venues, Pints & Quarts and Next Door.
The location was awesome but there were so many problems. The band was too loud, the silverware was dirty. The silverware they brought out afterwards with dirty. The glass is the proper dirty, so were the replacement glasses. Food was mediocre at best and they didnât have any beers on tap. This would be such a hotspot if they could fix some really basic things. Weâve never had shredded cheese show up in a glass. Lol. Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed that we did not meet yours or our own expectations. We are always putting a focus on ensuring that everything is clean for our customers. We appreciate you stopping in, and we hope that you will give us another try next Spring to change your mind.

We recently decided to try take out from this great establishment. I tried the Medallions of Filet Mignon! and Swedish meatballs! Both were very delicious! I must add that one of my wifeâs sides was missing and when I called they were more then accommodating. They asked is I wanted to come back and get the item for free or be issued a credit for the future. I look forward to trying more from this restaurant!

Did our annual glamping at Muskegon State Park and visited Hobos again as part of our trip. Food is very good, fairly priced and most importantly, always consistent. I had their chopped steak with mashed potatoâs and smothered with their stew. Yum. My bride had their burger and was prepared just as she wanted. We both enjoyed an Unruly Brewery Revel Rouser, a double IPA from a local brewery

This place had such great reviews we were expecting something really good. We were disappointed. The best part of the dinner was the goat cheese dip and the truffle fries. The chicken salad sandwich was ok, and the scallops were also just ok and as you can see from the pic you get 4 scallops for $39 Which even would have been ok were they delicious, but they were not. The waitress seemed new, brought me two separate glasses of water with bugs in it, and forgot my husband's beer. Thought for sure a manager would come over to talk to us but nope. Definitely wouldn't go back again, fine dining prices without the food or service to back it up.

We live in the area and have gone to Carmen's almost since their beginning. We usually do breakfast, but enjoy lunch there, as well. If you like a heavier bread, try their Tree Bark. It is a favorite with my family for their toast. I usually order one of their daily specials .I've never been disappointed. Check their days and times. Sometimes they change during the winter months. Avoid busy times for breakfast and lunch. You may have to wait.

Excellent pub and grill. A wide variety of items from sandwiches to steak and prime rib. I have gone many times and every meal/experience was great.
The food is so good. I highly recommend the Michigan Cherry Chicken salad, the Big Ugly Steak, Hog Wings and g Grilled Chicken. But really everything is great.

The Hearthstone is one of my very favorite places to dine - I love the ambiance, the level of service, and the food is always perfect. It is my go to for a special occasion, although you can get a great lunch here as well. Tonight, my husband and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary of our first date - kinda corny, but very significant to us. We started with the escargot, as it is garlicky perfection. We also enjoyed the pate - delicious! He had the Lobster Ravioli - phenomenal! I had the beef short rib Bourguinon - Julia Childâs recipe done to perfection. Cassie sent home the blueberry bread pudding as we were to full to enjoy it til another day. Thanks again Hearthstone for another memorable meal - keep doing it right, and we will keep coming back!

Upbeat 50's style breakfast & lunch restaurant with an eclectic flare and incredible food...anything from pancakes to Belgian waffles topped with glazed strawberries and whipped cream or omelettes, Chicago style French toast, huevos rancheros, Eggs Benedi
This was recommended by a local, and I can say it was worth the trip. We all ordered something different from the menu, and no one went away hungry. The decor was fun. Reminded me of a kitchen from the fifties. It did not take long for breakfast to come either. The biscuits and gravy were one of the best I have had outside of my grandmother's. Homemade bread and strawberry jam. The omelets were good size, and the pancakes were the same size as the plate. Will be back to visit again soon.

As tourists to the area we were amused by the name and review in a magazine so decided to find it. It was well worth the effort. A little place tucked away towards the port with dedicated parking opposite. A great choice of sandwich and salads at reasonable prices. 3 of us went for the spices chicken on a mix of white and âwheatâ breads. The bread was good quality and the sandwich was well stacked but manageable. And the amount was just right, avoiding that feeling as you easily do on leaving a diner in the US as feeling completely âstuffedâ An enjoyable experience and worth checking out
