I ate here for breakfast with my daughter this morning. It wouldn't be a bad breakfast spot if they just took some time to clean up the place. If you can ignore the cleanliness issues you'll find great waffles, friendly, prompt service, and decent coffee. Tip: You can see the food prep area best from the counters... sit in a booth near the windows.

Loved the vibe and our server. Valet parking was a bonus in the rain. Great garden salad. My friend's burger was delicious w the bacon jam. Duck fat fries were not at all crispy. (Shame to waste duck fat on squishy fries). My steak was a bit over done, and under seasoned. Delicious blue cheese mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Disappointed to pay so much for awesome sides and an okay steak. Overall, good experience. Would order differently.

Stopped in for lunch and a beer. Service was fast and friendly and the burgers where great. I loved the fat fries and when I left I was full and satisfied. Draft beer was only a buck and a half for domestic mug full. Good place on the cheap.

Had every intention of getting traditional wings. It was "tender night" so kids got those instead (they usually get boneless wings). They lacked a crispy crust and any kind of flavor other then the sauce, but sauces were good. Very good blue cheese dressing. Also instead of wings ordered a burger with a buffalo chicken tender on it. Not very good at all. Bun was poor. Burger was a frozen patty that lacked flavor and was very firm in texture. And again, buffalo tender was not very great. Bacon Mac and cheese was very expensive for what they brought out. Onion rings were very good, including the sauce that went with them. Overall very mediocre experience. Wouldn't go out of my way to return.

We stopped here for lunch because it didn't look like much from the outside but it got good reviews. We were disappointed. We looked at the menu board and were trying to decide which salad, wrap or sandwich to order. A young lady told us to take a seat and she would bring menus to the table. There seemed to be only two young people working there, the young lady and a young man who was busily doing this and that while she waited on a take out order. Apparently they were overwhelmed with the order and after waiting at our table for about 5 minutes with zero service we walked out. I rarely rate places "terrible" but with zero service, what else can you say? Obviously I can't comment on the quality of the food but it seemed overpriced based on the prices posted on their menu board. I will never go back.

Great steak sandwiches and quality pizza. A steak sandwich with a mound of onions is a must. My go to for pizza is pepperoni and sausage. Pizza is delicious and so good for breakfast the next morning. And when I say breakfast I mean cold pizza.

We threw a surprise birthday party for my husband and I can say "WOW"! What a great experience from the beginning to the end. Started planning this event in the Spring. Natalie, the event coordinator for Rivertown, was awesome to work with. She is pleasant, welcoming, and so very organized. Only good things to say! Carly was our server on the celebration day. She gave outstanding service and always with a smile. Both Natalie and Carly were so attentive. The party was awesome. And the food... OMG... delicious! Our guests commented on how great the food was and I agree!. Totally recommend Rivertown Brewery & Barrel House! Ate dinner at the Clubhouse last week. Obviously, this is not a fine dining establishment, but for a sports bar it was very good. Large menu with lots of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, burgers and entrees. We started with an order of soft pretzel sticks which were great! Soft pretzels with a cheese dipping sauce. Between the 4 of us we enjoyed a taco salad, an order of chicken wings, a chicken sandwich, and spicy cajun pasta. All were very good. We also added an order of brussels sprouts -- they were fantastic! Nicely grilled in a tangy sauce. Great service. Lots of TVs on the wall. So go for the food, drinks and sports, and always remember to order the brussels sprouts.
