I was very impressed by the quality of wings here. Cooked to perfection and meaty. However, the "level of intensities" are not accurate. I ordered the hottest, as I LOVE HOT, but they were actually rather mild. And my husbands medium were HOT. We both ordered different flavors, so it was not just a plate mix up. Will definitely be back.

All the food was phenomenal. The prices are quite high, but I'd say it's worth it once in a while! Also, it's Vail. Anyway, this place is famous for its hot chocolate, which is completely warranted, but the other food was got was great too. We had some yummy sweet potato things, to die for macaroni and cheese, and I had a good salad. The hot chocolate was brought with a production worthy of video taping. (See my photo caption.) I'm not giving a rating of 5 only because I wish there was more a nod to healthy selections, but based on taste alone, they deserve a 5+.

Vail's Legendary Breakfast Spot! The Diner specializes in traditional favorites and regional specialties using family recipes and the freshest locally sourced ingredients. Come by and try the house specialty German Pancake, a sweet crepe, homemade biscuit
Went here for our last day in Vail. We went for breakfast and the wait was about 30 minutes. This is a breakfast and lunch location and can see that wait times could vary. Loved the fact that they would not seat until all guests were there. The restaurant is owned and run by Chef Little and his wife. A great team that made sure all pieces of the morning were under control. The menu was unique and wished I could go back and try other dishes. Our breakfast was very good; the scramble eggs not under or over cooked, the pancake was the best I have ever had (the chef kept his secret ingredient secret) and nothing tasted like a "greasy diner". Loved it and will be back next year.

It's expensive and I don't like cooking my own food, but other than that it was awesome. The owner was walking around greeting everyone and our waitress was incredibly friendly, even after cleaning up 3 spilled drinks from my kids. The steaks were wonderful and the dessert (Minturn Tator) was absolutely delicious. Yes, it's kind of a hole in the wall, but it's in a small town, it's what we expected. The magician/ bartender was FANTASTIC. We were expecting our 5 year old to be amazed, but not much else. It might as well have been David Copperfield, we were blown away. For a small town steak house the service was excellent, the food was quality, and the experience was amazing!

Reopening June 20th for Summer dining! Game Creek Restaurant is located at 10,300 feet, at the top of Vail Mountain. Enjoy a gondola ride and cozy snow cat ride or shuttle in the summer to an elegant European chalet, where the ambiance is charming and th
This time it was riding in the cab of the snowcat AND the bravery of the chef in making a dessert that delivered incredible chocolate flavour and texture - BUT that was not sweet. It's just so easy to chuck lots of sweet/salt/fat into everything to cater to the tourist palate and so nice when someone has the fortitude to try and make special food instead.I do wish they'd put Elk on the menu through the season as this was my second visit where it wasn't available. Also, an amazing lobster bisque we had last time had been kind of downgraded, now delivering a hint of lobster and a whole lot of butternut - way less special (and I guess someone had put the bite on chef to up profit yield).I think Game Creek delivers some of the best value in Vail and I wish they'd put the Prix Fixe price up 10% rather than cut corners. Maybe I need to try the Chef Special menu next time as he/she is to be trusted when the accountants don't prevail!

Love his little bar and grill right as you enter the town of Minturn. This is east of Vail on the hey 24. Great food and great variety of beers. Food served hot and quick. Beer is ice cold! I had the battered cod fish that was delicious. Cool place to hang a round, shoot a game of pool. Locals are friendly .

Established in 2002, The Westside Cafe quickly became a local's favorite. 11 Years later, The Westside Cafe has won numerous awards and accolades for their consistently great food & service. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in a relaxed, olde Colorado the
This place used to be our favorite but the quality has gone down. Bloody Mary great as usual. My husband's eggs were cold and his french toast was hard as a rock and dry. They did give him new french toast which was soft the second time around and they comped it on the bill which we appreciated. My eggs benedict were okay, what I noticed the most was the copious amounts of grease in my whole meal! The english muffin appeared to be toasted a bit too hard but the amount of butter and oil on it was just not necessary. The hash browns were also drenched in oil. I felt like I needed a cleanse after eating. The ham was a bit thick and hard to cut. The day before I had the same dish at Northside in Avon so that was hard to stand up to, the best I've had! I think the atmosphere here needs some real updating - a farm fresh decor might liven it up. It feels old and dark and not very clean inside so luckily we were able to get a table outside. Sorry for the review but it's a bit overrated right now in our opinion.arvcolorado..so glad you enjoyed our awesome bloody-and thank you for the feedback-just helps us get better!! we have discussed all your food concerns with our kitchen and are actually planning a fall re-fresh of our interior!! hope you return and checkout our positive changes!! ty!!

We came here after climbing Notch Mountain. I'd highly recommend it. It's a good size, and at a great location. They had great, jam-band music playing and the owner was super personable. I think it'd be super fun to come back sometime with friends to hit up the bar. The only reason I'm not giving a rating of 5 is I wish there was something a little more healthy available, but I recognize this isn't really that type of restaurant.

A great place for an after ski meal and drinks. Terrific vibe and atmosphere. Christy was very helpful and attentive. Could just hang out here for hours. Thanks for the kind words. We think Christy is great too! Come on back and hang out with us.

Excellent meal with exemplary customer service. From the host to the server and bussers the service experience was worked to perfection. Recommendations on chef specials, continued attentive service and even wheeling over a portable heater for our chilly outdoor experience. I canât say enough great things and I havenât even started talking about the food.....WOW!I ordered a couple of chef specials; the grilled peach palisades salad and the lingcod fish with white beans. Both were remarkable! The warm peach from the grill gently melted the point Reyes blue cheese into a heavenly combination with the bacon creating a magical moment to start our meal. The fish was cooked to perfection; crispy crust with a flaky and moist center. The white beans in amatriciana sauce absolutely sent me into a blissful moment. I could literally make a pot of those beans (wish I had the recipe) sit down to watch football and make a meal out of those unctuous freaking beans! Iâm serious! My wife took 1 bite (I was feeling generous) and she replied, âwow..I want your mealâ. Now thatâs not taking anything away from her flat iron steak she ordered, she loved it, Iâm just saying that those magical beans were ridiculous. Get the point? We loved the restaurant, the food, the staff and service along with the incredible Colorado atmosphere. Go have dinner here. Youâll be glad you did! Can I humbly beg for the bean recipe?
