Great Waffle House from the moment you walk in. Friendly and attentive staff, what travelers want when they're tired and hungry. The breakfast was cooked perfectly, served hot, and tasted good like always. If you're looking for gourmet, stay away. But for good solid food, plus great staff, try this one in Milton, Florida.

Enjoy traditional New York style pizza. (Don't forget to fold in half and eat!) Dough and sauce made fresh daily using only the finest ingredients. There are 9 specialty pizzas, such as Spinach Ricotta, Meat-Lovers, Buffalo Chicken and more... or you can
Waitress couldnât find any utensils and finally found 2 spoons and 2 knives.... all dirty. We ordered the stuffed mushroom appetizer and the dish it was served in was burned on the handles and there was char on the bottom and sides. Mushrooms tasted fine but presentation was off putting. My husband got a salad but it was served with no fork and it took them several minutes to find one. The salad was fresh and well prepared so there is no complaints with the food. I ordered a small pizza which tasted good and the crust was tasty. Just carry in your own utensils or eat with your hands.

Established in 1991, a local establishment serving award winning burgers and wings! We are located just north of I-10 on the east side of the road and across from McDonalds and a Racetrack gas station.
Delicious meat, but I got sick both times we ate there. The grease was very thick on the burger. It made me ill for hours afterwards. The place is popular with locals, so I am glad for them, but we will not return.

Our menu specialties include ...slow-smoked pork, chicken, beef, turkey & St. Louis style ribs ... cooked to perfection up to 18 hours! You know what they say - if it doesn't have a pink ring, it's not the real thing! We also highly recommend a few of our
The Country Pork Loin Dinner was so very good. I would have that again any day. The white gravy made it and the smashed potatoes perfect. It took a very long time from the time we were seated until the time our order was taken. Then, it took forever to get the food. Then it took forever to get a check and returned change. The server was certainly nice enough. It was just such a slow process. I don't know how many tables she was responsible for. We did have one food failure. Cold baked potatoes. Thought it was the sour cream at first, but no, the potato was not hot. They brought new ones. I think I would go there for lunch next time to see if the whole process would be faster. One of my group got the jumbo BBQ pulled pork sandwich on Texas toast. He really liked that.

My husband and i had breakfast here. The food was great came out quuckly even though the place was packed and there was a line waiting for tables. The menus are very creative, using license plates to house the lamenated menu. The napkins further the automotive theme, being shop towels like my husband uses in our mechanics shop.Service was friendly and checked on us often. We ate here on a Sunday morning.

This place is unbelievably good. It is worth a drive if you are anywhere nearby. Unfortunately we live 8 hours away, but will definitely go back the next time we are within 2 hours of this place. The catfish was the best I've ever had. Cooked to PERFECTION. Hushpuppies were awesome as well. Everyone in the place is as friendly as can be - including the other diners (who were all joyfully munching down on their own catfish lunches!)thank you for the wonderful review Kimmy Kay. hope y'all can visit again real soon.

The reviews did not lie! Blackwater Bistro's menu variety has something to please everyone! The food was wonderfully prepared and worth the wait. Fortunately we were with friends and was not a loss for conversation! From in house made salad dressings to yummy sides the entrees had great accompaniment. The aged Beef Wellington was tender with a flaky pastry; the Creole Grouper & Shrimp as well as the Shrimp & Grits had large shrimp that were not over cooked as some restaurants do; the Filet Delmonico was fork tender. Our server, Tarah was fun and made our evening extra special! Not only did she provide excellent service, but entertained us as well! I plan to ask for her next time I go!The old house is quaint with interesting antiques and history. Be aware that the swollen wooden handicapped ramp has raised nail heads. If you are wearing sandals watch your toes. One section has a "raised joint near a corner that is difficult for wheel chairs to go up. We will be back to try more of the interesting entrees for dinner and for lunch!

Great dining experience and we will return whenever in Milton. Alissa was our server and was a little forgetful with our beverages, but was attentive. My husband had the Alligator fried basket with fries ($15) he said were very good. It was loaded with alligator bites that he couldn't eat all and took the remainder home in a box. I had 1 dozen "Herbsaint" spinach and crab baked oysters which were gluten-free and just like Oysters Rockefeller ($16). The unsweetened ice tea was refreshing. Our total bill with tax $33.17 at lunch time. The decor was a real surprise with several Itzchak Tarkay prints hanging on the walls. Plenty of parking and a full bar service.
