The Delmonico Room at the Hotel Fauchère features fine regional American cuisine in an elegant and traditional setting. The Delmonico Room is named after Louis Fauchèreâs friends, the Delmonico brothers, who owned the famous Delmonicoâs restaurant in New
Celebrated our anniversary dinner at the Delmonico Room, and it was lovely. A quiet and romantic ambience, with live piano music, and we were served each course with plenty of time to savor the evening together. The Delmonico steak was exquisite - I wish I could prepare any cut of beef half as well at home!

Set in an 1876 inn we offer comfortable, casual dining in a relaxed country atmosphere in Milford. We also have nightly lodging for the weary traveler.
Food was too salty. Poorly balanced. Too expensive for very good quality, poorly seasoned dishes. Rice was diner quality. Vegetables were very good. Bread, for dinner price could have been better or more interesting. Appetizers both missed the mark.I'm sorry that you didn't like your food. We rarely get a complaint about our food & if you had mentioned it to the waitress any problem would have been fixed. I hope you will change your mind & try us again.

My wife and I had ordered a pizza and a garden salad. Another interesting place in a small community. The place is pretty good size. They have seating outside as well.Service was good and I don't see a problem for handicap people. Yes, try this place.

Can't say enough wonderful things about the early-bird specials! Tried the early-bird Chicken Francaise ($12.95) - wonderful with a great lemon-butter sauce and capers on top. Came with a choice of soup or salad (the day's soup was cauliflower w/cheddar and bacon - to die for!) plus a side. I chose the garlic mashed potatoes which were wonderful. Baked Haddock early bird special ($13.95) was great, too. So hard to decide between all the choices. Early birds also come with a piece of sheet cake for dessert - flavors vary by the day. Portions are huge as well. Can't beat these! Early bird specials are better- than- diner prices for much-more-special than diner food! Regular dinner prices are quite a bit higher, but the food has always been excellent. Service was very friendly and terrific, too.

Located on the ground level of the hotel, Bar Louis is an elegant, stylish and contemporary environment for casual dining, serving an eclectic menu of food and cocktails from lunch to dinner. Our innovative menu features signature dishes like Sushi Pizza
This place is over rated. We were a group of five and only one of us was satisfied with his meal. We ordered the mussels (okay) and the cheese plate for apps. I am used to the cheese being sliced or at least being provided a sharp knife to cut it. The burgers were greasy and the special that I got, a lamb chop, was way way way overcooked and so so tough to eat. I couldn't use a knife to slice it and finally gave it to my son-in-law who knawed on it. The two specialty drinks we got, one was vodka based and the other a marguerita, were boring, and I'm not even sure that the sauvignon blanc that we ordered was actually that! The only thing good that evening was the guest IPA beer from a brewery in Vermont! A couple of waiters were flitting around, everyone seemed to be busy to be delivering food, but no one seemed interested in asking us how everything was. It's never great to spend your time in a restaurant that doesn't meet your expectations and I'm sorry your experience was not what you'd hoped. We regularly change our menu based on the seasons and source most menu items locally. I hope you'll have a chance to come back and try us again sometime.

We had an excellent late lunch; better seafood quesadillas then I've had by the ocean. Terry, our waitress was very patient and thoroughly answered all the questions from our sensitive (food wise) daughter. We were well satisfied and particularly pleased with the way everyone went out of their way to assist us with a bit of a problem. Excellent food; outstanding staff; and, a menu with interesting selections. What more could one ask for. Well worth the short detour off I-84.

Staying in Matarmaras right near Milford Pennsylvania. We like to try different local places to eat. We found on TripAdvisor the Milford diner. Had the pastrami sandwich and it was excellent. Bring your reading glasses as the menu is like a book. Good service and fair prices. Highly recommend. Rating... excellent.
