Great music venue,but not friendly to customers. Food is rarely good. Cold or burnt. Their response is that's just the way it is. Service is slow to non-existent. Don't complain to Kris. She doesn't understand what customer service is about. Unfortunately we live nearby, but we will be taking our friends and family to more appreciative businesses on the water like Thirsty Moose,Lucky's,Fitz's or Hookers.

I've only been to this place once, but the day we did stop in for lunch, they were serving a very good baked chicken, with potatoes and gravy and cabbage. The food was excellent, and not your typical bar fare. Otherwise is seemed a pretty standard Wisconsin bar, friendly, a good place to stop in for a beer and a burger.

Stopped in for a quick burger....there was two other tables (the bar is very noisy), they had already ordered....1.5 hours later we still had no burgers. When it finally arrived, it was warm...no flavor at all, cheese was burnt on the edges like it had sat on the grill far too long. Third time we've given them a try....not going back again.You must be thinking of Lakeside down the road! Wrong establishment.... This is not possible at the Moose!Cheers

Maybe just our experience, but our server, Tori, was awful. Took forever for her to acknowledge us, just to say she'd be right there. 10 min, later, she took our drink orders & left before we could let her know we were ready to order food by now. 10 min alter, our drinks arrived & still did not take our order. Asked for a substitution, which she said would probably result in charging for 2 meals. Meal came out fast & was fine. To be fair, the table next to us had a different waitress, Molly, who was very attentive. Menu is not really varied--a lot of the same dishes in either salad, sandwich or dinner form. Food was OK, nothing special. Nice view though. If I were to go back, I would definitely sit elsewhere.

A group of six visited for an evening out. All ordered separately prior to me. I was the last arrival placed my order. Each order came one after another with gaps of 5-10 minutes. No suggestion was made to co silicate the order to receive all of our food at the same time. My food did not arrive after one hour. Asked for the food and were told the order never was placed. Asked for the manager to discuss. Was told he was on his way. He never appeared. Later I went to pay and asked to see the manager who claimed to have spoken to the person who did not receive their meal, which was not me. So, that means either he lied or the service is so poor and the complaints so many that they canât keep track of them. They offered no discount only excuses. It appeared to me that quality customer service was not their priority. The place was not even busy. I will never go back. Fish Tails is next store. That will be my stop in the future.

We enjoyed a good, plentiful breakfast here. You won't leave hungry. Our waitress was very good, kept the coffee and water coming. The place did look a bit worn though, but I think they may be going to fix it up. I hope so, as this has been a Lodi go-to for many years.

My friend, Lynn, drove up to meet me for lunch. It was a bit chilly in the dining area. We ate at a bar table. Al was our server. We had a great lunch. I really enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo. ( I miss it on the Fishtaleâs menu.)Springcreek has a nice variety on their menu. I also like meeting another friend their for breakfast.Keep up the great work!

If I'm in Wisconsin on a Friday night I hate to miss a fish fry. Took family and grand kids there and had a good experience. Service was excellent, food was very good. The only thing I would change are the baked beans. I'm sure they were just out of the can.

Staying in the area, and was recommended by local, on the lake and in season can park your boat and go in and eat. Loved the salad bar, we all had the Walleye fish dinner for $29 each, but none of us were impressed and it did not taste like walleye at all and it had a lot of bones and the blood veins too, so that would rate a 1 and did not eat much of it. Coleslaw was spicy and didnât taste good either. Will go to the pizza joint in the area at downtown Lodi next time instead.

Wonderful place for cocktails, food and atmosphere! We go to Fishtails every week. Itâs a great place for breakfast on Sundays also! The staff is very friendly.
