We had unexpected day trip to Lincoln and needed some good food. So off we went to Red Robin for great burgers and fries with a great selection of liquid refreshment. Burgers done right is what we needed and mission accomplished. The menus does have something for lotâs of tastes.

We went there on Saturday before Father's Day. What I love about Waffle Farm is the food and service. We were seated right away and had a wonderful waiter (name was either Fidel or Felipe). He was fantastic. He was right there to take our order and we received our food within 10 to 15 minutes, hot. We have been there when they have super super busy and the service was the same. They have a great breakfast and lunch menu. I wish they were open for dinner. Highly recommend.

A group of neighbors had our monthly breakfast get-together. Today our breakfasts were exceptional so Meridians gets a thumbs-up for food and service. The vegetarian eggs benedict was prepared with perfect avocado slices, tomatoes, and spinach with choice of hash browns or home style potatoes. The coffee was better than usual. Even solo diners were enjoying breakfast as they gazed out the large windows to the well landscaped garden area with golf course beyond. We are fortunate to have this lovely restaurant in our community.

I stopped by for late breakfast on a Monday. Register and seating staff were polite. April, the server, was five stars. The wireless internet was Silicon Valley-great and I was able to get some work done between bites. Egg cooker - more polite than my first visit. Eggs were almost perfect. Bacon - chewy/crispy on first round. Second round, when the pile was only a few strips high, was a bit cold, maybe the heat lamp was out. Spanish rice - so, so, at the best. Wasn't completely cardboard tasting, but have had much better. Vegetarian egg roll - good, not too oily. Slice of pizza as fine. Croissants - better than Starbucks, not as good as available on Rue Cler in Paris :) Wish they were bigger. Watermelon slice - not a prime or choice cut from the melon, kinda of riney-tasting. Coffee - different tasting than last time - a bit watery. I hope they aren't trying to save money by using less coffee. Fudge cake was very good.

I went to lunch with the ladies from my church. There were around 15 of us. The service was great; fast and friendly staff. The prices are reasonable with so many choices. Very large portions. Several ladies ordered from the breakfast menu and reported it was good.

Friend wanted to meet here for breakfast. The cafe is not reason enough to make the trip. Not a destination kind of place.Everything grand in the big Thunder Valley Casino. There are other places here worth a visit. Food & service are good. Place is clean. But not worth special trip. Stay closer to home.

This was our first time eating here. We ordered the lamb chops, risotto and Bogle Merlot. The bread that come prior to the main course was delicious. The risotto was too gummy and over-cooked. The lamb chops was just so-so, they did not have a strong lamb flavor. The wine was decent, however at $54.00 a bottle, it could have been better. The bottle seemed to be smaller than the normal wine bottle. The waiter was fabulous!Overall we are pleased and will go back.

Consistent in quality of food and service. The salads are fresh with a variety of dressings, esp. good is the Blue Cheese. Had the pizza a couple of times which were good but the pasta dishes are always outstanding.
