usually has one of the best salad bars but very disappointing today. Very hot today so their air condition was not working properly. Waitress inform us that yesterday it was so hot in there that people walk out. That would explain the old salad left over from yesterday. Nothing was fresh , even rolls where staled. You lost our business!!

Located off Route 54 in Delmar, Delaware just minutes from the beach areas and Salisbury Maryland. Can accomodate parties of any size in a legendary family friendly atmosphere.
Despite the two hour drive, I love visiting here at least once per year. The crabs are always tasty. I get the "mini-feast"--which includes five blue claw crabs, a fried chicken breast, fried clams, six to eight fried shrimp, hush puppies, and an ear of corn. It is all so good and worth the cost--and the drive.
We stopped here because it always seems busy when we drive by it. It's in the same building as Hardee's and the gas station, but you sit and pay in a separate place. There was a waitress and 3+ other parties there around 12:30pm on a Sunday. We ordered brunch: I had an omelette (with home fries and toast), and my husband had a roast beef sandwich covered in gravy (with fries). The food was good. Nothing really special. The menu is typical diner fare. Service was a bit slow.

not sure why, but this is the best hardees. fresh everything. Maybe because it is in a truck stop and they cook better and have better ingredients (fresh lettuce and tomatoes)High ratings, but remember it is still fast food
Dutch Country Market brings the Amish food experience to Laurel, DE. Our staff, hired from a Dover, DE, Amish community, invites you to sample our homemade baked goods and Amish-style meals. Stop in to say hello.
It is a nice ride to get away from the summer crowds at Delaware Beaches. Always have the pulled-pork sandwiches at the sit-down area and shop the meats and sides for easy dinners during the week.
This is our first time here even though we live in town. Breakfast is great, good down home cooking, service prompt and cheerful. Restaurant is clean but atmosphere is not much, but hey, it's a truck stop. It does not pretend to be anything it's not. Convenient general store with travel supplies. If you have one of the breakfast specials you won't have to eat again for a while.

This restaurant, reminiscent of roadhouses of old movies, is on US13 just north of DE24 in Laurel, DE. It's about 25 miles from our home near the Atlantic shore of Maryland. Despite the distance, when we get a hankering for a really good lunchtime sandwich this is where we go. Today we had a nacho cheese hamburger with jalopena peppers and a BLT. Both were thoroughly delicious and came with a helping of really good hand-cut fries. On past occasions the fries usually covered the plate and then some not today, but they were still delicious. R&R caters to a decidedly working class crowd that likes its beer cold and its music loud. It's not much to look at but give it a try. It does not disappoint.

We had the pleasure of having the grand kids for dinner a week ago. The youngest was getting tired so we wanted to eat local and save driving time. We stopped in the Dutch Inn and had a great meal. The Seafood Trio was an excellent choice of fish, crab cake and shrimp. The filet was quite tasty and perfectly cooked. Another meal was the coconut shrimp which was tasty and also reheated well as leftovers. The youngest worked on the chicken tenders and french fries while the last meal of chicken was enjoyed. Great family dinner! As an added plus we got to see two sets of friends and catch up a little.

This is a lovely setting for a restaurant. Service is very slow, so allow plenty of time for lunch. The menu is rather specialized- oysters on a salad. Who puts oysters on a salad? But the complimentary hummus was delicious. Should have that on the menu with the great pita chips, pretzels and apple slices. I chose the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Cole Slaw. The sandwich was very large, a little spicy, but not too much so and topped with bacon and blue cheese dressing. It was very good. Way more calories than I would normally consume, but there was no grilled chicken or turkey or better choice. The cole slaw was strange- not the normal pale green of cabbage, but instead a guacamole green. No mayo- just vinegar. I normally love cole slaw but this was not good. This restaurant could do better, if it had more traditional and healthier sandwiches and salads.

The service here was excellent! The food was also very good!I had the chicken Gyro, which was not those reconstituted chicken strips, but was actually real chicken! It seemed like they took an actual chicken breast and grilled it up and chopped, it into small pieces. It was delicious! My wife had a small Grecian Pizza, which was only 10.99, but was very good! I would rate that at least 7 out of 10. The only thing missing was the crust. Not that the crust wasn't good, which it was, but it didn't quite match the pizza. It was reminiscent of a great pizza I had in Gettysburg, PA called "Zorba the Greek" at Dino's Pizzeria. This was really an excellent meal, and I am so glad we went here!
