My wife and myself went for lunch here. We always went to the Hamilton, New Jersey location since there were no Texas Roadhouse locations near us. We road by them one day and discovered the Howell location. Our lunch was really enjoyable with our waitress Morgan who was friendly, fast and helpful. Food was tasty and hot and came out fast. We met the Manager Jennifer Chiapuzio who was so friendly, hard working and so helpful. Jennifer helped us with our Texas Roadhouse member program. Also the staff performs a country type dance when a certain song is played. The restaurant is very comfortable and spacious. The bar is nicely located where you can view the several televisions. We will definitely will be back since it was so good and close to where we live.
Located on the way to New Egypt from Jackson. A onetime stagecoach stop still making good food and drinks. Their hamburgers are fantastic. The place hasn't changed in many years. Don't feel intimidated when you walk in if everyone at the bar turns around or if there are lots of Harley's in the lot across the road. Be careful crossing the road either way going in of out.

We had tickets to the Strand n needed a place to eat that was in the area and I remembered Maggie's. We have never been but heard all good things. Kind of forgot about this place but we will put it on our list to go back. It was good. Sushi fresh n small plates perfect. Their burger to bun ratio was on the plus side too. Very juicy n not frozen. Good burgers! We will definitely be back to try other things. I heard the prime rib was good too. Oh and drinks iced cold.

Rita's is a good, inexpensive summer snack. They usually have a variety of flavors on hand. This location has some outdoor seating but, situated on a busy corner, it is not exactly the most scenic spot to enjoy your Italian ice.

Good burgers and fries and value. Cashier who took care of my order barely knew about my reserved printed ticket food order. It would help a lot if you get us (customers) a covered warm conditioned area for eating during fall/winter season because food get cold within 1 minute, literaly.

While it kinda helps to know someone who works here, we also found with our first trip that this is a well-known secret with the locals. What a great place for breakfast or lunch! The noise level was a little high but the service, the food, the people - all just fantastic!~ And the prices can't be beat! We enjoyed a hearty breakfast/lunch here which was served in a timely fashion and done to perfection! Ya gotta go!!

The Cornerstone has a creative and tasty menu and a large selection of draft beers and specialty cocktails. Our waitress recently was perfectly attentive -- not too little and not too much. The four-sided bar is lively, even on weeknights during the winter. Interestingly though they are watching tvs and talking the restaurant area is calm. As mentioned in the subject line, this restaurant has a nice decor, sophisticated but also comfortable with sufficient lighting.

I've always loved this diner, but never so much as this last weekend. We were in NJ for a somber family event and wanted someplace for family and friends to sit and talk and eat before we all headed our separate ways. I was having trouble, since most places I called opened later or couldn't seem to understand that our bringing them 20+ people, not all of whom were previous customers, could only help them. Then I rememberd the Jackson. I spoke to Joanie , who left notes for the rest of management, spoke to Chris who reminded me to call before we all left for the diner so they could set up an area for us and we were set! As always, the best part was the staff. Friendly, skilled and real. The food was no slouch either, as we worked our way though salads, omeletes and great burgers, among other things. We probably overstayed a little but no one pushed us to leave, which honestly would have been like herding cats (I love cats too, but I'm not crazy enough to try to organize them!)Several of us hung out around the fountain outside so we were there to see the staff doing yet another good deed. An elderly woman, who seemed to be lost and who was having trouble communicating, was wandering around. We saw half the staff keeping an eye on her and looking into other places in the complex thinking she might have accidentally walked away from her. family. The staff members actually found her family and reunited them. These folks deserve to do well and you'll do well eating there.

On a friends recommendation, we had our anniversary dinner here. The service was great, Matt made us feel right at home. He provided great food selections. We started with crab cakes..delish. the my husband he the short rib, mashed potatoes and cabarnet reduction; I had the skirt steak all very well seasoned and tender. Lastly, we finished with the warm sticky toffee cake. It was a great evening. Will be back and thank you.
