Subway is always good and this one is no exception, but there is very little parking. I would not like parking around back of the building at night time.

The Jackson Arby's is a good choice every time. Always what we order, always timely and always fresh. Lovin' Arby's since 1978 when I tried one for the very first time. This location recently went through a renovation and the inside is a nice place to take coworkers or a date. It's fast food with flair!

Just went to the Jackson, MO Hardees for breakfast. This was my firstvisit to this Hardees. Biscuits were baked longer with some crispnessto the outside. The hash rounds were hot and fresh--not like at otherHardees where the hash rounds appear to have been made and setaround for a while before serving.Hopefully this good experience with the food was not just a fluke, but is that way on a consistent basi

DQ has 3 different flavors of smoothies. I prefer their Mango/Pineapple flavor the best. Nice treat when I don't want a meal.

My parents eat here once a month to see if the quality of the food ever improves. I only go when I am not paying the bill. I find the food either over cooked or under seasoned. Adding salt and pepper or butter will not make this food taste any better. The desserts are boxed foods which are generic in flavor and like the buffet lacking flavor. I am surprised that people still patronize this establishment.

Doing a little shopping in the area today and stopped by Dexter BBQ for a bite to eat. It was about 3:30 pm and the place was empty. Should have been our first clue to seek another place to eat. Anyway, it cost us over 12 bucks for 2 small BBQs and 1 order of fries (we had water to drink). Wow thats pricy especially when the food was crap. The meat was barely room temperature and greasy. And on top of that they put way to much sauce on it and the bun was burnt and hard on top. Was extremley crappy. The fries were hot, but chewy. You get free ice cream with your meal if you want to call it that. It was self serve tasteless ice milk. Terrible stuff that I threw out. Not only was the food bad, so was the service. Meaning there really wasn't any service. You ordered when you walked in, from a very limited menu. You get your own drinks and then they bring your food and thats the last you will see them. Needless to say I will never eat at another Dexter BBQ. I can't believe they have been around for this long. I love BBQ and eat a lot of it and I'm telling you this is NOT good BBQ.

This Jackson Wing's Etc location is solid, much more consistent in terms of service than the Cape location. The food is always good and I think there is a good variety of foods for this type of restaurant (ie salads, seafood, ribs, etc). I will say though, I am not crazy about the seating that is available at this location. Our party was 7 (all adults) and we were seated at a booth that is typically made for 6. During the summer it can be hot in those booths next to the windows. I understand that is a bit hard to control though. This particular trip, I had the chicken strip basket with tots with cajun seasoning. I've always found the fries to be just okay, but the tater tots here were very good. My wife and I also had green bean fries, which is one of my favorite appetizers there. Everything I had was tasty. Our waitress kept our glasses full and was attentive with us. Overall, it was a very good visit.

Whenever we are in Jackson, Missouri we have to stop in at Wib's Drive-In. I think it may have more to do with nostalgia; my husband was brought up in the area. Recently in town for his 50th HS Reunion, we went to Wib's --- just as he had in high school. The sought after sandwich is an "outside," not always available if others have beaten you to it! Wib's has decent food and the dining area is nostalgic (except for the ads for deep fried Twinkies, which I must admit, we had to try. Just so-so). We'll be back, of course.

We were driving through Missouri and decided it was time to stop for lunch. We did a quick " places to eat in Jackson" and up popped The Tractor with its great reviews. We were not disappointed ! The place was packed but we got seated quickly and received our menus . What a difficult choice !! Everything looked great , we could see folks at the other tables enjoying beautiful plates of food. We got the chicken Santa Fe sandwich and the French Dip Roast Beef. We had a side salad and the pepper fries. Everything was wonderful ! Amazing huge salad . Beautifully served. The sandwiches were also perfect. The fries were spicy with pepper and hot and delicious. Our server was attentive and you could tell by all the empty plates that everyone else found the food equally good.

I have never been disappointed. That is saying a lot, as I am considered very difficult to please. I am not one of those people who order a steak "medium" and let the restaurant/chef serve me a rare or over-done. That being said...I had their prime rib on Friday night. Magnificent!!!! Cooked to order and delicious. I also like their ham & beans, their brisket (best ever!), their spaghetti, their chicken fried steak, their pork cutlet...Everything (especially their cornbread).
