Find out what American restaurants to try in Island Park. Island Park is a city in Fremont County, Idaho, United States. The city's population was 286 at the 2010 census, up from 215 in 2000. The city was incorporated by owners of the many lodges and resorts along U.S. Route 20 in 1947, primarily to circumvent Idaho's liquor laws that prohibited the sale of liquor outside of city limits. It is only 500 feet (150 m) wide in most locations and, at 33 miles (53 km), claims to have the longest "Main Street" in the world.

This historic lodge used to be called Phillips Lodge. They offer lodging and a very nice restaurant.
We stayed 3 nights to do Yellowstone and the Tetons. The cabins are an easy 25 min drive to West Yellowstone. Our cabin (26) was a bit tired looking with a need for outdoor staining, new carpet, and better hot tub, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The one bedroom has a loft bedroom with Q upstairs and a mini fridge. Definitely enjoyed the woodsy-cabin atmosphere. Wifi is available but the whole Yellowstone area has little to no service, so Internet was extremely limited. Would probably consider staying here again.

CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO SEASON CHANGE. WILL REOPEN FOR WINTER SEASON --- STAY TUNED FOR CHANGES The Riverfront Restaurant is located at the Anglers Lodge in beautiful Island Park Idaho. Enjoy a meal looking out at the Henryâs Fork of the Snake River. We h
We stayed here for two nights while visiting Yellowstone via the West entrance, so is great location. Dinner here was great both nights, but walked out to find somewhere else for breakfast when we saw what was offered. A bowl of eggs in their shells (didn't know if they were cooked or not) and two waffle irons with cups of batter. If you would have seen all of our faces, it did not look like the way my family wanted to do to start our day. But again, dinner was great. Person tending bar was great but cocktails were priced in the double digits, so we only had a couple the entire trip.Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and dinner in our restaurant. Continental Breakfast is new for us this year as we simply couldn't find a breakfast chef, so we were still working out the fine details at the time of your stay. Our goal is always to offer the very best service and quality products available. Hopefully next season we'll have a breakfast chef...fingers crossed.
True Texas & Southern Style BBQ Mesquite, Oak & Pecan wood 30 minutes from West Smoked LOW and SLOW Made from scratch sides
I couldnât speak more highly of this place! The food is absolutely delicious and is a class above the other restaurants in the area (and elsewhere) while still somehow being competitively priced! Weâve shared several meals from the smokehouse and it never disappoints. Make sure to follow their Facebook page, as they frequently are offering unique specials. As a bonus, Ruben and Tivi are the best of the best. It is always such a pleasure to get to see and chat with them. Donât miss it!

Best fine dining in the area. Beautiful presentation and flavor, and setting on the Henry's Fork river.

With a full commercial kitchen, led by our experienced Chefs, we offer fine dining as well as the best burgers and bar menu in town. After eating, join us in the Lakeside Bar, where all your flavors of beer, wine and spirits are offered in a rustic friend
We had a pretty bad experience there a few years ago, but after finding our favorite restaurant closed, someone suggested Lakeside Lodge. We were told it was under new ownership, and was completely different now. And indeed it was. We got there one hour before their scheduled staff Christmas dinner, but they seated our group of 6 anyway, took great care of us, and best of all, food and drinks were excellent. We will definitely go back in both winter and summer

Chinese restaurant serving classic & contemporary dishes
Iâm still trying to figure out how this place received five stars by anyone. The food was bland. They serve ham fried rice with the meals but if you want white rice instead, you have to pay extra. I ordered the beef and broccoli. The vegetables were decent but the beef, very rubbery. Drenched in sauce. Both my husband and son ordered General tso. They thought it very bland and the chicken was very breaded. Sorry, but itâs simply ok. Nothing to rave about in any way.

Connie's Restaurant & Saloon is a restaurant and saloon that's known for its outstanding array of mouthwatering dishes and prompt friendly service. Travelers and locals alike come to us for the great food, awesome service, and the warm friendly atmosphere
We arrived to Hotel at 8pm and the lady recommended Connies as a place to eat. Waiter was friendly. My pasta with chicken arrived but it was cold. For the first time in my life I advised the waiter who apologised and said he would heat it up. I guess in the microwave. It came out hotter and was tasty. We then decided we would eat in West Yellowstone on the 3 days we visited the park. Would have been more convenient to eat at Connies, but not after my first visit.

We had lunch on 3/27/2019. Very good food and service. Interesting, all sandwiches on the menu were the same price. Made it easy.

We sought for trout or something from the river ... but no offering on the menu except as addition to a salad ....The respected president of the United States of America, beloved by a vast majority of his republican supporters would have said: fake news! Although that is not a 100% correct usage of what he meant ...The Cesar salad though was well prepared, request for some bread was kindly met. Salads are +/- 10 $, chicken add 3$, salmon add 5$. Beet salad of my partner was equally good!Fine selection of burgers ranging from 11-15$ (bison) - not tastedLocation: inside and outside, terrace 50ft away from river. Some Noise from highway 20 always in the background.Would love to see the place to offer at least some regional fish and live up to its name!... as it is in the middle of an anglers Paradies!

We are closed for the fall off season! Thank you all for a wonderful 2018 summer, updates will be posted here and on our Facebook!
We stopped here for lunch off the snowmobile trail today and were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem! Warm and friendly restaurant with super friendly owners and excellent home style meals. Prices were fair, portions were large and the food was great! We will definitely stop here again during our week of riding. You wonât be disappointed if you stop here to dine!!
