Was with a tour group of 15 people and had pre-ordered. Was there a lunch time. Service was fast with no problems. Food was average quality but priced appropriately. Looked like an excellent beer list. Would like to come back at a happy hour time
A&W Restaurant, Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, is a chain of fast-food restaurants distinguished by its draft root beer and root beer floats. Our ownership and leadership has been in business since May of 2015 and we very much look foward to serving you!
I love A&W, and the food at this location didnât disappoint but the rootbeer definitely did. They claim itâs made in house... but this tastes nothing like real house made A&W rootbeer. To start it comes out of the soda fountain rather than its own Tap. And it lacks that smooth taste that it should have if it made fresh. I visit the Faribault location from time to time and they have real homemade rootbeer it has a totally different flavor then the rootbeer at the inver grove location. But this location is still good and worth eating at. It just doesnât cut it as far as the rootbeer. Thanks for dining with us, and we're delighted that you enjoyed our food; we take great pride in serving good food made to order. However, your assumption about our A&W Root Beer is inaccurate. It is a fact that we "do" make our root beer fresh daily (except for diet). The mixture is created in a steel vat kept in our kitchen with a direct line to the soda dispenser where the CO2 is added. This is the common procedure which takes place in A&W restaurants nationwide on a daily basis. We would like to invite you back to so that you might give our root beer another shot. Try it as root beer purists would: with no ice... and served in a frosted glass mug like we use in our dining room. Please email us at [email protected] and we will gladly send you a couple of coupons for complimentary root beers. Thank you for the feedback, and we'll see you again soon

This is a family owned restaurant. It is a fantastic place to go for breakfast or lunch.Home style cooking. Daily lunch specials. My wife and I usually get the order the Eggs Benedict and two pancakes (large) and we split the meal. (Note: Eggs Benedict only available on weekends). The meat loaf for lunch is our son's favorite. The breaded cod is fantastic. On weekends, you will most likely have to wait for a table and service may be slow but it is well worth the wait.

We ate here while passing through on our way to Rochester. It is very close to Highway 52. The diner is small and was busy, but we were seated right away. The server was friendly and helpful. The food was served quickly and tasted good. I had the King Kong omelet. The coffee was good and refilled often. Hello drjohnScottsdale, we're sorry to hear about your experience, but we appreciate you taking time to give us feedback. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance to serve you.

This Outback is 100% better than the one in Maplewood! I got the fish and chips! Tartar Sauce is like addictive! The waiter was very attentive, funny and personable. If you like the Outback this one is the one to go to! Avoid the Maplewood location!

We are vegetarians and were thinking that there wasn't much on the menu for us. But then our server came and assured us that we could pick any pasta dish, they would leave out the meat and substitute any veggies we wanted. My husband and I each built different dishes and both were delicious. Thanks for excellent service!

I picked up lunch to go. The barkeep was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the food was average and I was disappointed in the dry overcooked burgers.Classic Juicy - dry and overcookedStuffed with American cheese on a toasted sourdough bun 8.99Loaded Juicy - dry and very little cheese insideStuffed with applewood smoked bacon and cheddar jack cheese, topped with seasoned sour cream and chives. 9.29Hashbrowns with cheese and onions - very goodFrench Fries - very good

Ok, let's admit it, a little grease makes things taste better. However, just couldn't seem to get away from the grease. The onion rings actually left a lot of oil, then there was the hamburger which was a little greasier than expected, plus it was covered with cheese and and onion straws. Everything tasted great you could almost get hardening of the arteries just by looking at the food.
