Have not had the best experiences at this restaurant and we normally do not eat there. We decided to give it another try, and we were surprised by the friendliness of the young female server, the prompt delivery of our food, and itâs freshness. Was a good experience this time
At Jersey Mikeâs, we offer a sub above â one thatâs measured in more than inches or seconds âtil served. We carefully consider every aspect of what we do â every slice, every sandwich, every store â we provide our customers with sustenance and substance t
Stopped by for some dinner after track practice. Very impressed, food was great, service was perfect and all of the employees were super nice. Highly recommended this over any sub place in or around the valley!
Ate at this restaurant on a Saturday morning and we were not thrilled with the food. The biscuits used to be fresh, delicious and hot. This time our biscuits were stale and not worth eating. The young cashier acted as though she didnât want to be there and missed items on our order. Oh well, we donât have to return. Sigh.....

We eat here about 5-6 times per year. We enjoy the outdoor covered seating weather permitting. Food and drinks are always good. I enjoy eating apps for my meal. The wings with the spice chili sauce are only $8 and are large and perfectly crispy. And the tuna bites are spicy and flavorful but be sure and remind them to cook them rare unless well done is your preference. Decent selection of draft craft beer but no liquor. Good kids menu. The pork chop was enjoyed by my son and their flat bread pizzas are always good and they have broad selection. We have had the lasagna also and it was very good. A small bar area is available. Nice localally owned restaurant.

Frankly, I just needed to use the facilities. Just glad my conscience wouldn't let me get out of there without a biscuit. Best in the world! Also, a wonderful sight: a Bible opened to Ezekiel by the register.

We've been eating here since these guys were just a trailer on the side of the road in St Albans. This used to be a great BBQ place. Now, not so much. It's been downhill since they moved into the storefront on Main St. We've eaten here several times since they moved to Hurricane and have not been impressed any of the times. The last Saturday evening we ate there the service was extremely slow.It took us well over 30 minutes to even get our appetizers and there was only one other occupied table. And they came in 15 minutes after we did. Surprisingly, their food came at the same time as ours did.The BBQ came slathered in sauce. I prefer it to come dry. I can add the sauce myself, thank you very much. But that's on me for not specifying that. The bread on the sandwiches was soaked like they had been sitting for some time. The toasted bread on one sandwich was burned on one side so they helpfully put that side facing down on the plate. Seriously? How hard is it to toast another piece? The fries were limp and were obviously old. There's no way they had just come from the fryer. It doesn't say much for a BBQ place when the appetizers are better than the entrees. The main problem with this place is the indifferent servers. One of them seemed to be doing her homework at one of the tables while the other one was busy ignoring customers. Ours never checked back to see if we needed more drinks or anything else. It was like pulling teeth to get a refill. You're far better eating out of their truck/trailer if you can find it, than coming to their physical location. Buy their BBQ and take it home. You'll thank yourself.Disappointing to say the least. We're unlikely to return after this.

We ordered lunch to go and couldnât have been happier. The food was hot, fresh and simply delicious. You canât go wrong with anything but I like veg the pulled chicken especially on a sandwich. The service is gracious and efficient.

I loved this restaurant. There is plenty of free parking. The food and service are excellent. The appetizers are exceptional along with the menu items. The kids menu is varied and they bring coloring books and crayons upon request. The place is clean and our food was brought quickly even though we had ordered many different things. Try the reuben, fries, deviled egg and deep fried pickle appetizer, onion rings, walleye sandwich, french onion soup, sweet potato, and children's spaghetti.

Eaten here 3 times in past 6 weeks. Difficult to beat their quality / value combination for comfort food. Canât get a high end steak, but their salads and salmon do provide healthy options. But their large selection of casual dishes and drinks are unmatched in Teays valley. Great place to eat and/ or watch a game. TVâs are in every room. Not the place for a romantic dinner, but great for a relaxed casual meal.

Cheerful fast service with an eye to accommodate our food preferences. We had almond milk lattes that were creamy with a robust smooth espresso foundation. The gluten free sweets are to die for and are the perfect compliment to a mid afternoon coffee break. We were thankful for this find on a long road trip.
