I am a huge fan of the onion rings. The hamburgers are good especially when they are busy, you know they haven't been sitting on the grill.

Paragon has been the local place for local high school students to adults. It's a quaint place that holds many memories. Family friendly and good food. Weekends can be busy but they do a great job of getting everyone seated and served. A home cooked meal away from home.

I have to admit when we realized it was in a mall I was instantly deflated. We were traveling & not familiar with the area so decided to just try it anyway. Walked in & we were seated in minutes. We ordered crispy Brussels sprouts & calamari for appetizers. I loved the Brussels sprouts. They were crispy as promised & had a delicious sweet & salty thing going on. For my entree I order the surf & turf... crispy pork & potato crusted scallops. Everything on my plate was delightful from the mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables.... the pork to the scallops. The flavors just worked!! I cook a lot... most of the time actually & am usually disappointed when I eat out. I wasnât this time!!

We ordered the gyro platter. It serves two people. You get 2 pieces of pita bread, 2 dill sauces, tomatoes, onions and a generous amount of gyro meat. The meat is flavorful, pita bread soft, golden. There is carry out, seating area or you can sit outside and view the Lake George Dam area. Absolutely delicious!

The food was good, omelet, pancakes, crapes. Everything we had for breakfast was delicious. The service was outstanding. Fast, attentive, they clean up fast too so the wait was not long. Highly recommended!!! I would go back for sure if in the area.

Love eating outside here. Always great service, and the food is above and beyond other breakfast spots. We got omelets with sides of fruit instead of hash browns, and, wow, got a huge bunch of grapes, a couple strawberries, pineapple, honeydew and cantaloupe slice. Impressive!!!

Small family run. Pizza's good. Cole Slaw is an original family recipe. Local teenagers serve. There is even an outdoor eating setting. These types of restaurants are getting fewer. This restaurant supports local sports teams. Why don't we support them? Especially when the food is of good caliber. Small (perhaps 20 tables) downtown cafe with a large diverse menu. Our mid-morning Friday brunch were the excellent Denver Omelet and the Pecan Waffle; very quickly prepared and very good. The efficient staff were super attentive to our needs. We'll be back. They do serve mixed drinks. Note: Only open daily until 3:00 pm.
