From the fireplace in the bar/foyer area to the warmth of the ambiance throughout, Blvd Five72 is inviting in all the best ways. This isn't a "cozy" place. though. The service, the food and the experience are all top notch and a bit fancy...but all of it felt like being in someone's care the entire time. Will definitely be back!

We visited Coda expecting great food and service. The food was ok. I enjoyed the shrimp soup and blackened chicken sandwich. Friends had the short rib grilled cheese which he raved about. The baby back ribs were a bit dry on the inside and quite saucy on the outside. The waitress was a bit abrupt at times and unnecessarily confrontational. For example my friend who was on a diet asked for a little slaw with his grilled cheese sandwich. The waitress said they didnât have slaw. When the ribs came out they had slaw. Really!!Didnât appreciate the non effort to make him happy over a few tablespoons of slaw. I blame mgt for that. Overall, Coda was OK. Will probably return.

I went to this diner in April 2018. My group consisted of more than ten people. The service was very prompt. The food came out in a timely fashion. And the atmosphere was very pleasant. I had a spicy steak salad. The seasoned steak reminded me of my time in Greece. I highly recommend this diner and that salad.

We weren't expecting gourmet food and drink but the food here was really average to below average. It didn't taste bad, just meh.. you know - like Friendlys ,,, not as good as even Applebees. The cocktails were very low quality. So when the bill came for over $100 (!!) for dinner for 2 and a couple of cocktails we were left feeling disappointed.We are so sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your dining experience. Someone said that this is the #1 diner in the US, I cannot prove that, but it is a great place to eat. Forget that it is a diner, it is a great restaurant with an extensive menu, great food and excellent serviceYou might not be able to prove it, but you can certainly agree with it! Amber was our server today and she was terrific. She was friendly and made us feel welcome and valued. When ordering I told her I preferred to eat vegan foods. While they didnât have a vegan menu per-se, Amber suggested their home made veggie burger. I had it served with sautéed broccoli and a salad and it was all extremely good. Skipped the bun since it was warmed/toasted on the griddle and had butter. Good food, great service. Way to go!

Needed a place to eat with 2 small children before we left the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Children's choices were A+ according to the kids, and healthy. Our meals were yummy. They were gluten free friendly. We were able to have a drink, and the shuttle took us back to the train. It made a great stop. Thank you!

Four of us came here for breakfast, getting off from Newark airport. We ordered pancakes and eggs, smoked salmon toast and I went for the PKT (Pork shoulder, Kale and tomato). I liked it very much and it was not greasy. The pork shoulder was prepared like bacon, and the whole sandwich was slightly hot and spicy, but very delicious. Service was good and coffee could be refilled.

We met our friends for brunch on Labor Day: was not too crowded. Voted by NJ.com as best diner in Essex County, we decided to meet our friends for a meal. Our friends had the eggs Benedict and really liked them. My wife had an omelette and thought it was good but not great. I had a wrap with fries. The balsamic vinegar on the wrap made the wrap too soggy. The fries were good. Server was super friendly.They have a parking lot.
