Two delicious pizzas satisfying the men folk, & great appetizers for Mom. I like this place & get here at least once when we visit from WV. Good atmosphere for my sixteen year old, & close to USMA when you want to walk from Thayer Hotel. Thereâs a lot to be said for consistency.

We went to the BBQ after shopping at Woodbury outlets all day. We were recommended to try it as we wanted a local atmosphere. The owner, Jeff, was extremely friendly and visited our table often. He interacted with the kids and was fun to talk to. The food was really-really good. I highly recommend making this a stop if you are in the Bear Mt region or West Point area. They also had craft beer- local as well as some other NY flare. A must stop and I will again for sure.

You can't go wrong when you have a choice of breakfast or lunch at midday, and Hudson Hil's offers that. I had Beef Hash and eggs over easy, perfectly prepared (although needing a bit of hot sauce to spice up the hash); daughter enjoyed Eggs Creole, while spouse had a Reuben sandwich (huge, with lots of fresh made potato chips). The food was all quite tasty, well presented, the service was attentive, and the place absolutely charming with a small-town feel even as it clearly caters to a weekender crowd. A great midday spot in a lovely little river town. Worth a stop.

Good snack foods/meals here but also expert bar tending. They actually carry Lagavulin scotch whiskey and the bartender immediately offered a palate cleansing tonic water to ensure a good experience - a true professional. The bar staff were also very helpful in serving our larger group with several bottles of wine and beer on the mezzanine where we had an informal pizza party. Can be very busy and fills up quickly.Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I have shared your words with our Director of Food & Beverage so that he may share your compliments with the team! We look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Andy's is close to the main gate of the US Military Academy at West Point and is a favorite of many of the cadets and staff. We went in for a late breakfast/early lunch and soaked up the atmosphere. The service was good and the food satisfied all at the table. I love places like this and seek them out everywhere I go.

Parks Restaurant provides affordable home style cooking to the Highland Falls area.
We had lunch at this restaurant right opposite the gate to the Military Academy. We were promptly attended to by a friendly and cheerful server. We ordered a chicken sandwich and barbeque chicken which were very good. The had a good selection of beers. We were very satisfied with our meal and would recommend this place to visitors to West Point.

Four of us had a late-summer lunch on the terrace overlooking the river. The place was mostly empty. Great views out over the river, but the food was only passable and the service by our waiter âLarryâ was particularly indifferent. Our food seemed to take a long time to come and then one of us noticed that the entire order was sitting on a tray at the other end of the terrace â for how long? We waited another 5 minutes for Larry to appear and then just got up and retrieved it ourselves. We were well into the meal before Larry appeared and made a perfunctory apology. I had ordered a cup of coffee and was hoping for a refill, but Larry never offered and by the time he showed up again we were more oriented to leaving. The place is obviously just trading on its location.Thank you for taking time to write a review. We pride ourselves on giving a five-star experience to our guests, and weâre sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations here at the Historic Thayer Hotel at West Point. I have shared your comments with our Director of Food & Beverage so that he may retrain his team appropriately. Great spot for lunch; we sat outside 3 of the 4 times we dined here over the last two months. Popovers are delicious; lobster bisque was excellent; double burger was huge; spinach ravioli was very good; we really enjoyed the crab cakes; chocolate pecan pie was a great way to end the meal. We had brunch 3 times; the belinis should be included with the brunch price.Service was excellent each time. Servers were always accommodated each request with a smile.Great place to have lunch while viewing the spectacular view of the Hudson River.
