This nice resturant is in the Berkley Plaza off route 11 in Martinsburg West Viriginia
I travelled 120 miles just to try baked chicken livers that were rumored to be delicious. That is no longer a rumor. There were four in my group and we all ordered the chicken livers, Harvard beets, coleslaw, mashed potatoes with gravy. Everything was tasty and there was plenty of food for an extremely low price. We topped our meal off by sharing two slices of lemon meringue pie. I will definitely be making the trip more often. The whole staff was friendly and it was a very comfortable atmosphere to enjoy lunch.

Food was smaller plate than anticipated but it ended up being just enough. Wine selection is wonderful and prices for bottle service are decent. Food is on the higher end but is presented lovely and is tasty. Decor is modern and updated for the historic downtown area while maintaining the old building feel. I appreciate that they are a part of revitalization of the area and attracting people to support and eat locally when itâs so easy to eat from large corporate chains off 81. Thanks for the kind review. WE hop to have you back many more times!

Hossâs Steak and Sea House is a family restaurant featuring fresh-cut steaks, seafood, and tender chicken entrees, all cooked to order! Enjoy our fresh and wholesome Soup & Salad Bar with homemade soups, just-baked breads, fresh fruits, delicious desserts
This is the second time I have eaten here. The soup, salad, dessert bar is average. It should be a quick meal especially if one orders the salad bar only. Instead, I spent an hour here. The service was HORRIBLE. I had to wait 15 minutes or more to place my order. I should have just gotten up and gone to the salad bar. Then I waited another 20 minutes or so to get my check. I finally went to the kitchen and found the manager to get it. And the manager thought he was doing me a favor by taking 20% off my meal - it amounted to $1.50. Oh, well.... probably won't go back.We apologize for the service you received. It is our custom to take 20% off your bill even if there was not a problem with your actual food. We strive to have great customer service and all our diners happy, please know, this is not the norm for our servers. We hope you will come back to give us another try.
We enjoy stopping at Tad's because it is affordable and has fun, delicious flavors. It has "flavor bursts," which are a variety of flavors added to a soft-serve cone. My personal favorite is the soft-serve black raspberry, which you can also get in a swirl with vanilla. During one stop, we talked to some other customers from Pennsylvania who drive all the way down to Tad's for ice cream. I'm not sure I can provide a better recommendation than that!

In town for a concert and was looking for a place for dinner and saw this and decided to give it a try. It's absolutely worth a stop! The ribs were tender and delicious, the chicken just amazing and the slaw was perfect. Staff was friendly and service was fast. If you are looking for a place to eat in the area just stop here and fill up. You get plenty of food and fast friendly service. Two thumbs way up!!

First off - not fine dining. We ate at the bar area, beneath a large screen TV. During a bowling show. 1/2 lb of steamed shrimp was amazing. Had to be 3/4 - all jumbo shrimp. A little spicy, but lemon solved that problem. Wife loved her fried oyster dinner. Too much to eat. Had to take some home. I had a large piece of fish that I found to be tough. Should have tried the salmon. Cole slaw and french fries were excellent. The wine and beer prices were overly fair. Call it cheap. 3 Yuenglings for less than $6.00. Nuts!! I picked the wrong meal, but the night turned out great. Will visit when in the area again.

This is long overdue. My husband and I were there looking for a house in Hedgesville in April. We stopped by the restaurant twice during our visit. The food was very good, the bartender and wait staff professional yet friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing and the people (customers) we spoke to were really nice.
