We have NEVER had a worse dining experience. First the seating arrangement was unacceptable. I sat on a long bench which was shared with many other peopleWhile my husband was in a regular chair. Our waiter was extremely hard to understand. Thirdly, the 7 women seated next to us were EXTREMELY LOUD. My husband & I couldn't even hear each other to carry on our own conversation. Lastly the waiter raked the bread crumbs right into my lap. We dropped $200. AT THIS 5 STAR RESTURANT which felt like a 2 BIT BAR! This is a fine dining place. So, the standards should be pretty high. That's what I expect. Also, a fine dining restaurant that presents civility and elegance gets extra credit. Grace does that, otherwise, my rating would be lower. On the positive side, from the time you walk in till you leave service is very good in the dining area. The wine selection is excellent. The salads were good and interesting. The side of bacon wrapped onions with blu cheese was awesome. I had halibut. I love halibut. It was very good and the preparation was interesting. On the negative side, something was wrong in the kitchen. We got through with the appetizers, the drinks, the salads and we waited....and waited. Finally, the main course arrived before we qualified for Social Security. When it finally arrived the filet was supposed to be medium-rare. It was very rare. We decided that under no circumstances would we send it back. Seriously? We weren't going to risk that. We took it home and grilled it the next night. Then it was excellent.Our waiter apologized for the wait several times. The manager came by and apologized for the wait. I get that. Everyone has those times when something breaks down and that night something was clearly wrong in the kitchen. I can overlook that once. Here is my problem that leaves me troubled. One of their featured dishes is steak. I don't care if the apocalypse is occurring and it's my last meal. At a fine dining restaurant that features steak, in Texas no less, that ought to be the one place a filet comes to the table perfect. If we are going to be in downtown Fort Worth, I will have Grace on my fine dining list and definitely make reservations before I go. But when I walk in, I will ask the ladies at the front desk, "how's your kitchen doing tonight.?"

This place will not disappoint. Fantastic atmosphere and the staff was great. All have a terrific knowledge of their area of responsibility. Nice selection of crafted cocktails, and all of the old standbys. The bone in ribeye was well worth the price and cooked to perfection. A great place to go with customers, colleagues, or for a night out with your sweetie!! I highly recommend a dinner here when in the Fort Worth area.

Popped in here for a beer. Large fun bar with all the cowboy and elephant decor you could hope for. It's super cozy with seats at the bar and individual tables. Bar staff were really friendly. While we didn't have any, they serve some food too (burgers, hot dogs) and there was a booth selling chilli though that was unmanned.There also is a stage for performances and a stall selling merchandise.It's right in the the heart of the tourist area but it felt fun rather than tacky.

We found parking right outside the hotel and was quickly seated upon entering.We enjoyed the eclectic decor with lots of memorable pieces from Buffalo Butt Beer to the saddle bar seats. Our server was friendly and very helpful in recommendations. She kept tabs on us with refills and updates on our main courses.I went for the 12 ounce rib eye steak that was perfectly cooked to a warm red medium. The steak was seasoned well and accompanied by tasty sides, sautéed mushrooms and onions along with creamed spinach. It was nice being able to have options beyond the standard salad and potatoes listed on the menu. It was the perfect amount of food.

Dined here with friends but the food was above average in taste but very overpriced compared to other USDA Prime Beef Restaurants.Waygu Tomahawk Prime Ribeye No better then a Regular Tomahawk Prime Ribeye = Overpriced! Taste just like any other Tomahawk Ribeye and not any anymore tender then then the N.Y. Strip Steak Yes more fat on Ribeye but thatâs about all.Any steak will become tender when itâs aged! Chicken fried steak isnât Prime USDA Round Steak but why charge $28 = Overpriced It tasted like any other Chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes green beans and gravy.Above average taste but overpriced.NY Strip Steak Prime Ordered M-Rare Over cooked re-cooked to Rare Plus Tasted good but one section was cold.Not for me.Grilled asparagus was ok but small portion Yukon Gold Potatoes Tasted good but should have a original name behind them being here in Fort Worth Stock Yards District.Crispy Skin Chicken Thigh Didnât order cause No Chicken Thigh Should Be Priced Like This $34 That speaks volumes about The Lonesome Dove Western Bistro = Overpriced all around.Yes this place has a wide selection of different meat entrees you can order from menu but the prices are overboard.Be prepared to spend $$$$ Crazy.Do you research before you go! Final thought Friendly waitstaff nice decor inside restaurant seated promptly and very attentive to all needs but they over spent on decor cause it shows on food prices on menu to portion sizes.Taste was better then some above average cause in the end itâs all about Quality ingredients to Quality service and Priced right all around for a higher end restaurant! My first time eating here and I must say the quaint atmosphere adds greatly to the experience. There are at least four different themed eating sections, and I was seated in the Coca Cola section, where every wall is covered in Coke memorabilia. I ordered the Pancake Combo: two large pancakes, one egg and two pieces of bacon. I wanted to taste their "spicy sausage," so I also got a side order of patties. Everything was good. ..not excellent, but a good homey meal. The sausage was noteworthy, in that the flavor was a little unusual....it doesn't taste like store-bought sausage...it tastes farm-fresh, not spicy at all to me, but perhaps a bit too much sage or something I can't quite identify. For me, the highlight of my visit was the other customers. Bluebonnet definitely seems like a favorite hangout for "regulars." Three tables of older men from the farming community sat across from me and, for this Yankee girl recently moved to Texas, they kept me chuckling with their " fixin ' to, " "darn tootin," and " ya'll" sayings. I was enthralled throughout my meal, and I want an accent like that, lol! Bottom line, good breakfast, homey atmosphere and a community favorite.

Get a reservation then come and enjoy. It was generous pour as well as restaurant week two great events converging.The bread basket is best in class. The team here knows customer experience inside and out. Blue cheese wedge salad to open things up, enjoyed perfectly prepared filet and wrapped up with chocolate mousse. Along the way enjoyed a "generous pour" of several nice wines from white to deep cab by Freemark Abbey. WOW experience!

Hubby n I wanted good steak.. Hoffbraus is the best! I had the filet and he had ribeye. Both cooked perfectly. Tender, juicy and tasty. We had the breaded mushrooms as an appetizer .. best mushrooms I have had in a very long time! Our server was great and very prompt. Super friendly people work there as you can tell by the smiles everywhere. Bread and honey butter meets you with your table as did peanuts by the bucket full. Enjoyed the skewer of shrimp, veggies and split of bbq chicken and ribs. And I didnât have to wait at all plus three separate servers checked on me and filled my ice tea. Iâll be back!
