We were glad to find a late night option after a concert in town. The sandwiches sound a little better on the menu than they taste in real life but the poutine was tasty. It's hard to find a meal after 11, so Sierra is a fine option for that, but I wouldn't get too excited about dinner here given the plethora of options nearby.

The Northampton Brewery brews fine ales and lagers, served with outstanding food by the friendliest staff around. We're conveniently located in downtown Northampton, Massachusetts on Brewster Court (really) smack dab in the middle of all the public parkin
Was hungry, so went for full burger with. As one who is rather picky about burgers, this was outstanding. Exactly as promised...and the beer, "BEER", was as noted on menu. Bitter, UK style (my fav.)Had never been to this place in our 3 2/3rds years, yes I don't like to eat out much--but this was worth it.

Four of us dined here for dinner on the 17th of June. DH and I were in MA visiting friends. They had been here before but not in a long while. My friend and I each ordered a glass of wine. Wine glasses were smudged with finger prints. I should have asked for new glasses but didn't figuring the inside of the glasses were clean. However, when I ordered a second glass, I told the waitress about the dirty glasses and asked that she check the glasses before pouring. My husband ordered the burger, which was overcooked. Even when he got a second burger, it was just the same. He was very disappointed.I ordered the filet with mushrooms and gorgonzola I always order my steaks rare. It came out as medium. Since I complained about the wine glasses, I didn't feel comfortable complaining about the filet. Fortunately, being a tender cut of meat, I ate it. We figured the cook prepared the meals on extra high heat. Too high.My friends had no complaints about their meal but thought the service was slow at the start of our evening. Our waitress was apologetic. She took my wine off the bill, along with my husband's burger. Will we go back? Not sure. My salad was delicious; and we enjoyed the bread.

Fitzwillyâs is the CLASS place to be in Northampton. Open since 1974. I was first here in 1990 / 1991. There is great bar and good food to eat here.I had a couple drinks with my cousin with dinner. You would all have your group event here. Thanks for taking the time to post a review of your visit to Fitzwillyâs. Weâre glad to hear you enjoyed your experience. We hope you visit again soon.

Certainly as advertised. If you are addicted to red meat you may want to look elsewhere as fish, seafood and vegetarian dishes make up the menu. Service was friendly - without being intrusive - and very knowledgeable. The menu is complimented by a very reasonable wine list. Still in business after more than two decades, Paul & Elizabeth's must be doing something right.

An early morning errand brought me to Northampton. After that mission was completed I asked a local police officer for the best coffee shop that was not a chain. (Who better?) He immediately responded, "Sylvester's," and his partner nodded in agreement. Easy to find. No problems parking on a Sunday morning. Attentive staff, with a sense of humor--during a hectic morning rush--which gets double points from me. Wonderfully flavorful, fresh coffee. And, Oh my! the raspberry pop tart was sweet and juicy and try as I might I was unable to eat it slowly. On my next trip I will arrive earlier and have breakfast. I recommend you do the same, but do as I suggest, and go early--bring an appetite.

I arrived shortly before noon on a Monday and was expecting a massive line. I was about 5th and it was an 8 minute wait. The counter person was unhurried and unperturbed about the line. Each person got the service they deserved. There were plenty of tables inside and out. There is wifi available inside and I was told outside as well. I did have to keep on signing in if I switched over to a different window. The noise level was medium and there were a number of single people working on their computers. The meal was delivered to my table within 10 minutes and it was delicious.I got the falafel plate without the warm flatbread. I avoid wheat. The plate was set up to eat with the bread - sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, sprouts, 5 falafels (about 1.5" diameter) and a lightly dressed green salad with grated carrots. The falafels were a bit dry but with the tahini sauce they were delicious. The meal was filling for me and worth the $10 I paid for it.

To all of us at Homestead. food means family. It is this idea that Chef Jeremy feels so strongly about building and sharing. Food brings all of us together, and what better place than New England to grow up? The history, the food, the building block of th
My friend and I dined here in early April. They have many choices of food and small plates that you can share. Everything that we tried was scrumptious. Our waiter was the best.
