The Lucky Buck Cafe is the on-site restaurant for the Yosemite Westgate & Buck Meadows Lodge, located in Buck Meadows, California along the Highway 120 Northern Gateway Entrance to Yosemite National Park. One of the closest restaurants to the the western
We really liked our first visit to Lucky Buck. Service was quick, the food was good and prices were reasonable for California. Unfortunately, we went back two nights later and had some issues: flies attacked our location near the window so we moved a few tables away (problem solved), but the food on visit two was lacking.
The restaurant is set up so you order you food at a counter then it's brought out. We sat for 25 minutes waiting for our breakfast then after seeing other parties who ordered after us getting their food, I asked if there was a problem with our order. I guess it had just been sitting there because when we got it, it was just about cold. The server I told about both coffer dispensers being empty gave me an annoyed look rather than saying she'd fix it. Obviously this place knows it doesn't have to try because more tourist will just continue to come in. Just a bad experience. Not recommended.

re-opened 08/2009 - Priest Station has been owned and managed by same family for 6 generations
We stopped by late afternoon on a rainy day on the way back from Yosemite National Park. The staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating. The food was excellent, well-prepared and delicious. They had a beautiful rose garden with magnificent flowers. It was a relaxing meal with beautiful setting. Thanks for the kind words.

Our 16,000 square foot restaurant and lounge overlooks the Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course with majestic views of Yosemite's peaks. The outside deck is perfect for outdoor dining, cocktails or your special function.
I must warn readers that this venue is about to close for a major refit and won't reopen until early spring 2019. I've seen the plans for the new look interior to this restaurant and if the reality is anything like the pictures, then it will look wonderful. The service here is very friendly and unpretentious. We were a party of 8 and I had particularly wanted to try the 30 oz tomahawk steak. Several other members of our party ordered the same requesting varying degrees of 'doneness'. Our meals all arrived at same time and each was cooked as ordered.

Randy and Kevin are two of the nicest people and also run a great deli and Meat Market. My favorite breakfast item is the bagel and Lox - classic toasted bagel with great smoked salmon, tomato, onions and capers with a smear of cream cheese! The chicken salad sandwich is really good with nuts and grapes to round it out!Their grab and go salads are also great!

We are a small, locally owned bakery that makes everything from scratch with our own hands. We serve a full breakfast and Brunch menu that includes delicious, healthy and unique options.
Wanting to try something different than the lodge restaurant, I stopped in for breakfast at this rustic eatery, just outside Yosemite NP off Hwy 120 between Buck Meadows and Groveland. Diners were enjoying a mild morning on the outdoor patio (overlooking the highway and hillsides across it), and I was anxious to join them. Ordered up the spinach burrito which was satisfying if a bit on the underseasoned side. A lot of character and rustic charm for about $10-$15. Would eat here over any chain or roadside grease pit an day of the week.

I found this place online and we made a stop on route from SF to Yosemite as it seemed an interesting place to visit. Its in a very old fashion quiet town and was exactly as we expected it to be. The food was surprisingly good aswell. Worth a visit if your passing nearby

At Rush Creek Lodge we take our cues from our surroundings, so our food speaks to our iconic location. You can look forward to American dishes with a California approach â sensibilities and ingredients that are fresh, thoughtful, delicious and environment
We were staying at their sister facility and after a day at Yosemite, we decided to switch it up and try this place for dinner. We werenât disappointed. Service was slow and not the greatest....but dinner and then lunch the next day made up for their lack of service (even lunch server was slow and kept vanishing). Everyone enjoyed their meals, salads and appetizer. Lunch was also pretty excellent, one of the best turkey sandwiches Iâve ever had! Not horribly pricey and a slightly larger variety than their sister companyâs menu.

Evergreenâs Main Lodge is where youâll find breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a variety of settings. Choose from a cozy dining room, an old-west front porch, a classic tavern or an open-air covered and heated patio overlooking the main plaza and surrounding
Food was very good and service excellent! Wine selection pretty good too! Vegetarian & vegan options available, I had a bean burger - it was good and the fries were excellent. We shared an appetizer of hummus, olives and pickled chili peppers-excellent, biggest olives I have seen. The risotto with mushrooms & Parmesan was very good. Servings generous. We had arrived in Yosemite earlier in the afternoon and went to explore Hetch Hetchy, on the way back to our accommodation we stopped here for dinner and really were not expecting much. This was our best meal in Yosemite! We ate at their newer sister establishment but prefer it here
