It was ok, but the first two times there was excellent. However with been going down hill with the quality of service and food. You have to know someone to get better service. Special crackers are the best part. I really sorry to hear about this. I was not here Saturday but would like to hear about your experience. Our goal is to provide all our guests with an exceptional experience and top notch food. I will certainly remind my staff that all our guests deserve the same treatment. That is my expectation for all my employees. If you would like to let me know more about your most recent visit, I will do my best to make sure it doesn't happen again. Please feel free to call the store or send us an email about your experience. Thank you for your feedback.

I got a veggie plate. green beans, bread and celery dressing both good. The herb cornexcellent. mashed potatoes were good but, I tried the brown gravy it was okay the other gravy is muchbetter. Also didn't get any bread with veggie plate. Our server was fine. Next trip will get breakfast.

Went to Cheddars on a whim with some friends. Food was great. I did have the famously talked about burger and it was so good. Fries were done crispy just like I requested. Staff was friendly and the waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great time.

My wife and I stopped there around midnight the were very busy Tonya our server was a joy You could tell that they were short of help but that did not effect her at all.Are food was just the way we ordered it as we were checking out she let us know that they only had one cook I'm not sure who it was but they deserve a big shout out.

I struggle with big open loud spaces like Cracker Barrel. The noises overwhelm me. However, we had people that wanted to meet us here so we came. I cannot say enough about our server. She was an absolute gem. Our table was very difficult to please, and our server, Lea, took it in stride.

We proudly serve the best fresh seafood and cajun/ creole specialties in the area. We do not serve alcohol, but brown-bagging is permitted (BYOB)
I was so happy to find this place. They have amazing food and the owner is super nice. This is absolutely a place you will want to stop if youâre a fan of creole food. The staff was very attentive and the owner came out to ask how everything was tasting. Donât pass this place up.
people who work there are rude. I would rather travel across town to another subway to be treated better.

Stopped in Saturday morning while we were waiting on another business to open. Had 2 veggie omelets with cheese, an order of potatoes and coffee. Omelets were well prepared and done like we asked. The waitress was very good and made suggestions like asking if we wanted some salsa or hot sauce. Reasonable price, too. Older place and has been around for quite awhile. Local favorite and very clean.

For me this is one of the best barbecue restaurants in the Southeast. The Que is always excellent and every side and dessert that I have tried has been very good. The staff are friendly and helpful and the Que is plentiful... It would be difficult to eat lite at Phil's. It is worth a stop. Just a mile or so off I-81.

Nice waitstaff, but I found the food average. Tried the deep fried ribs for an appetizer and they were under cooked. Price was good. Under $20 for a meal and appetizer.
