The food is amazing. The service is great. If you come here try the egg roll appetizer. I just had the tacos it was great. I highly recommend this place.
Unicorn opened within the last year. They serve hibachi and traditional Japanese food. My wife and I love to go there for the early bird specials from 5:30 - 6:30 where you can get very inexpensive appetizers and drinks. There is a large selection of appetizers for $3 or $4 and beers at $3. The portions of the appetizers and good and a couple can easily have plenty to eat ordering 3-5 appetizers. The staff (especially Manny) try very hard to make customers happy and satisfied. We have also eaten there during regular houjrs and find the food quite good.

The Hudson Water Club sits within a beautiful waterside setting, against sweeping views of the Hudson River. Inside, snazzy terrazzo tile, vaulted ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows make for tremendous use of the natural views of the river. The restau
Feel like being by the water..... Hudson Water Club is just the place...a tucked away oasis sitting right by the water as you marvel the great views of the Hudson...watch sailboats sail by and gaze out to the magnificent beauty that surrounds us so closely...Be patient...outdoor dining does gets crowded so there is a cute tiki bar you can enjoy cocktails while you are waiting for your table.Food is good and the service friendly.... kick off your shoes and let your toes feel the breeze this is a Summertime escape winnner!

The decor that greets you as you enter the restaurant is somewhat cheesy Caribbean but that is what makes it fun! It is warm and colorful and complements the seafood menu. If you are a landlubber, you will have choices too. This casual restaurant offers every kind of seafood imaginable! The menu is big and substantial. Bring the family. Reasonable prices, decent food and service.
We were very impressed with this place, everything is made to order and fresh. I suggest you call ahead because it takes about 20 minutes for order to be ready. The wings are not fried but Oven baked and taste great!Their burgers are prepared fresh to order lots of choices for toppings. I really loved the âFrench Kingâ burger which has Brie, mushrooms sautéed & a huge battered onion ring as toppings. The staff and owner are very attentive and polite which is so hard to come by these days. My sonâs new favorite place and itâs less than 5 minutes away. All the kids said this place is âway better than Five Guys â . Some vegetarian choices as well. Go soon!!

A wonderful experience. I was looking for some reasonably priced, fish-fry-like, seafood. I saw noticed this place, which had great online reviews and is surrounded by parks..bear mountain, bowline point park and stony point state park. Anything with parks + nearby water is great since I love taking photos. I decided to drive up there from the Bronx, 50 minutes or so. I was not disappointed. Small town feel as it is part of a small strip mall. A few other shops and a Carvel and a Mavis Tire Shop on either side. Walked in and it was a comfortable. Not crowded at all for a nice Sunday afternoon. Staff was friendly and helpful. A few 4 seater tables as well as two booths which hold 4-6 people each. Prices were great given the usual high price of seafood. We had some shrimp, whiting, chicken wings, and mac and cheese. Everything was great though needed a bit of salt which is understandable. It makes sense for food restaurants to undersalt their food, since the customers can always add more salt, though if the food comes over salted to the customer, theres not much that can be done at that point. No harm done there. They had a small fridge to the right which had the usual can and bottles sodas but they also had home made kool-aid, similar to what you;d find in pizzerias. The Kool-Aid comes in one size, which is about the size of a quart, massive. The other side has lots of napkins, and condiments such as ketchup and tartar sauce. I did use the bathroom, which was a bit crammed, but more than adequate. It was clean, which I think is what matter. Plus I wasn't expecting anything fancy given then type of place. I asked about certain things like blue crabs, and was told they go for about $2 each but vary on when they comes in. So call ahead if you are going for that. An overall good experience. Minor issue is that the "shrimp" are all the same. There is shrimp and fish combo which was ordered as well as the "tiger shrimp", which in my experience are larger shrimp, but they were all the same. Not small in any way, but my experience were that tiger shrimp were quite large and I expected them to be bigger than the regular shrimp listed on the menu. I recommend this place to everyone. Definitely worth a try. If you are going there to taste the best _____ you ever had, you will be disappointed. This place offer good food at great prices with great service. Know that.

Great food - had the pulled pork sandwich and fellow diners had BBQ ribs. We shared two of the featured starters (stuffed artichoke and pineapple glazed ribs) both were delicious!

Place is nice and staff friendly. Service was slow considering we were the only ones in the dining room when we ordered our food. Drinks arrived fast ( I ordered a Bud Light but got a Corona - OK, I like Corona). Both burgers were a good size but over cooked. Place was âJust OKâ. Probably wonât return - too many other spots nearby to visit.

Very popular with locals, I never really understood why. I've gone several times. Silverware had stains, food was very average-to-below, place was relatively clean, small. Maybe it's just me, but this place is nothing special and I would pass on it if I had a choice. Maybe I'm just not connected to the family that runs it...always full on weekends, especially breakfast, lots of regulars.

I remember there was a Hogans many years ago near where the Palisades Mall is now. I heard it was great and then it moved. I never got around to going, but being new to the Haverstraw area, we decided to go in and give them a try. Not disappointed at all. Friendly service, clean, great food, and priced just where you would expect. My wife is a big bacon fan and made a few comments on how good this bacon was. My breakfast was great and the overall experience was 10/10. We'll be going back for sure.
