Jax is what you would expect, burgers, ribeye and fried food. They are just straight forward, no frills but fair service. It can get rowdy on game days and they do some weekend entertainment.Prices and portions = a good value. Try the Jax Tray and a cold one.

You can't eat the atmosphere or the furnishings. Friendly staff. Fast and efficient. They are actually glad that you are there Appreciate the business. Actually a hand pressed hamburger very very good. But the fries are store bought. If they had been cut on site I would be more impressed. Maybe back for breakfast tomorrow.

My husband and I had the bbq salads. I had brisket and he had pulled pork. We like the bbq ranch dressing. This Rib Crib did a good job.

I love the food at this restaurant but the dishes are never clean. I have to sift through the forks, spoons and knives until I find something that's clean. Sometimes the utensils are extremely disgusting.

Food and service were as expected. Hard to mess up breakfast. Drove by restaurant a few times while in town and it was busy at all ours. I ended up having to wait a very long time to pay my bill, which was frustrating. No one else could do it but my waiter, which is kind of ridiculous when you have six people waiting to pay.

As always Applebee's food was excellent. Service was wonderful. Wait staff and hostess seemed very happy to be there. Bratender was great.

Just over two years ago, I wrote a brief review of Ward's Garden Café, telling readers about this hidden gem. My wife and I visit the café occasionally and we're never disappointed, so I'm refreshing my review to include recent menu additions. At this time, my favorite menu item is the Super Chef Salad which includes diced ham and turkey, a crushed bacon strip and sliced hardboiled egg along with lettuce, cucumber, several mini-tomatos and your choice of salad dressing. A perfect mix of ingredients that works and is delicious. My wife enjoys the various choices of wraps served with four options of soft tortillas. There are 11 different selections listed on the sandwich menu made with 6 choices of bread (sourdough, marble rye, Texas toast, hoagie, etc.). Plenty of burger selections, entrees, sides, appetizers and deserts. Oh yes, and the delicious soups... there is generally a choice of 3 different types on a daily basis. In addition, there is a salad bar for the lunchtime crowd. Ward's is the antithesis of a chain restaurant. It is truly an individual business, very unique in it's setting and surroundings. We recommend this establishment as an alternative to the "usual". The service is very good, the wait staff experienced and efficient. Parking is plentiful and easy access from business US83 / Taylor Avenue.

The atmosphere of this place just felt kind of depressing and the food wasn't all that great. It was edible but didn't feel like anyone really cared about what they were putting into the cuisine. I've never had bbq that was just...meh...Very weird. Prices weren't too bad but the food could be better. Nothing to write home about. The place felt a little dirty and the jars of condiments were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile.

I had the roasted chicken apple walnut salad and it was really fresh and had lots of the walnuts, fresh apple slices, greens, bleu cheese crumbles. Hubby had the Southwest BBQ chicken salad and it was perfect as well. We also had an order of the mini pork ribs, really good. Yes I would recommend this restaurant

You'll find people who really like this place. I personally think they are just social climbers or drinkers. I like to drink myself so I'm not judging. But the food is not good at all. I've tried it several times and have always been disappointed. They charge too much the service is slow and the food is usually luke warm. Skip it unless you want to impress your friends with how much you love to overpay for mediocrity.Dear J3416PTjulief,Allow me to begin by thanking you for taking the time to complete a review of your experience. I am sorry to read that you have not enjoyed your last few times at Samy's Spirits & Steakhouse.
