Bar and grills are among my favorite places to kick back with food and beer, watch sports, and otherwise mingle with the crowd. Looking for someplace new to visit one afternoon- one that had a sports bar/pub atmosphere that was close to home- led me and the family to visit Social Pub and Grill.Social Pub and Grill is a smaller establishment. It hasnât been around very long and thus has a fresh, new look on the inside, with a few televisions for sports viewing and music in the background. The menu is short and sweet, featuring pub grub. They have seating on the outside, too, if fresh air is your thing. We headed inside for our first visit to Social Pub and Grill and we were seated promptly. The wait staff took quick care of us and I started off with a beer and appetizer. We liked the courteous service and my only issue with the beer is that they do not have more choices. However, they did have a few good craft options and that was enough to keep me happy.I was in a burger mood on the early Saturday evening I visited and decided to order the Juicy Lucy with sweet potato fries. I like that, with the Juicy Lucy, you get to select your own two choices for fillings. I selected onions and cheese and it made for a good combination that, while a little more crumbly than I would have liked, was still good nonetheless. The sweet potato froes were spot- on as well and my kiddos liked their meals.Social Pub and Grill could use a little more to make it memorable. There is no gimmick or anything to make it stand out in the crowded pub crowd. But gimmick or not, itâs still a nice place for pub food and drinks and I place I recommend for a quick, satisfying meal and prompt service.

My wife, daughter and dined at Perryâs Steakhouse and had a fantastic evening. The grilled pork chop was like no other in the world and the New York Prime Strip was simple delicious. We love their great wine selection, appetizers, salads, sides and their attentive service. Leave room for desert and a glass of Dolce. Itâs all good!

Friends brought us here for dinner. We started out with the Brussels sprouts, goat cheese, and artichoke dip as appetizers. All were outstanding. I ordered the Gyro plate and the gyro was delicious as well. Friendly and inviting atmosphere and terrific and friendly wait staff. They have a wide variety of menu options from burgers to pizzas to wraps, pastas and salads. Everyone can find something good to eat here. Using mostly locally sourced produce, the food is fresh and delightful.

Always clean bathrooms and in a convenient location off the interstate. I always stop here when traveling to and from San Antonio because it is a trustworthy place for food & gas for me as a female traveling alone. Never any issues.

Mr. Herman Meyer has been in Katy for 50+ years and owning MIDWAY BBQ. He also owns a meat processing plant where hunters can get their game processed. With the processing he has a meat market for domestic meat and groceries. It is his own rub and uses oak for his pit fires and it is an old fashioned steel pipe pit. Nothing better to cook with. He has brisket, ribs, sausage, and chicken cooked on the pit. Then he has chicken fried ribeye and hamburgers. Great fresh food.

Part adventure, part restaurant and wholly entertaining. The Rainforest Cafe is an exciting thrill for all ages. Wild times await in a decorative jungle with animatronics and a menu of delicious American and tropical fare.
The space is absolutely incredible, great for kids. The service is very good, and the manager was actively checking on guests. 5/5. But if youâre coming only for food, you may be a little disappointed, itâs not quite a culinary experience. The kids meals are passable, they include a drink and low priced dessert options. I appreciate the effort for adult dishes, and in fact the curry we had was decent. 3.5/5. Itâs just hard to take food seriously in such a kid-driven place.

This place is amazing, the setting a beautiful country setting. After spending all day at the Johnson Space Center, we needed a great meal close to home. This is my cousinâs go to and man it was a hit. The music was too good, the service was too amazing, the food was well prepared and presented, we weâre too full, and we had such a great time! Anthonie Dekker, you are too good at what you do!We will return again when weâre back in the area.Peace, Matt

Back in the 1950âs, Ed Dozier had been cookinâ up his own barbeque for quite some time. Ed knew he had somethinâ special. So in 1957, Ed opened Dozierâs in Fulshear, Texas, just west of Houston, and set about making the tastiest barbeque around. Word spre

I'm local, and when this place opened it featured great food and friendly atmosphere. It has for many years, however, offered only mediocre food and a tired atmosphere. It is a regular meet up place in Fulshear for coffee or a quick meeting over a meal, but I don't know anyone who goes to Essence House for the food. The food is not bad, but I think "typical local diner" is an apt description, and it is certainly not a place I ever pick to go. It is a last alternative.
