For the most part, this is a "weather permitting" restaurant since the bulk of the seating is outdoors. Views are beautiful from the terrace. Menu is a bit limited. My husband and I split appetizers. I had mozzarella and he had meatballs. Since the mozzarella was a bit dry, we ended up dipping the cheese the meatball sauce. Entrees were good-I had chicken and my husband had the steak. One negative, the wait staff brought out our entrees prior to our appetizers being finished. Dessert was good as well. I had gelato and my husband had zeppoles. We were expecting the street fair zeppoles we grew up with, but were pleasantly surprised by the presentation. The zeppoles were round, covered with cinnamon and dipped in caramel sauce. Only other negative was our attempt at an after dinner drink at the bar. Bartender was inattentive to our needs as well as to the fact that there was small child sitting at the bar. After 10 minutes waiting to get her attention, we left.

Our group of eight enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner here. We enjoyed every meal but the service was pretty slow. The servers were good but the restaurant was understaffed for a Saturday. There was not an item on the menu that our group did not enjoy. Would give it five stars if they had better service.

A busy Saturday morning is not the time to visit this restaurant because the wait staff cannot handle the pressure and hardly hides their annoyance. Two of us found a table and sat there for what seemed like a long time while 2 waiters rushed by us several times without making eye contact and when we got the attention of one of them, he picked up menus but stopped to assist other patrons and when we curtesly tried to get his attention, he kind of flipped us off. When finally he came over, no apologies and he left without taking our coffee order. We felt like afterthoughts. Finally when the order arrived, we had to go ask at the busy counter for salt and pepper and was told we should ask our waiter. We would have if he was about. I might add, the salt and pepper was hurriedly dropped off at the table by an annoyed barista. The food was good, I like the simple, stlylish design of the place but owners, please train your staff to be pleasant, welcoming and polite to your guests because without them you donât have a business.

My husband and I love coming here. The food is always really good, we've never been disappointed. There's such a wide variety of types of food to choose from. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable, but never pushy.

I would give it a 0 if it was an option. Iâm starting by saying worst service ever for Motherâs Day brunch 2019. I would not recommend or ever go back. Not worth the price. Our reservations was for 1:30 we arrived at 1:15 there was no welcoming or host in site finally we found one around 1:45 and not seated until 2:15 They were under staff we waited for the waitress for another ten minutes who looked stressed and unhappy not even a hello took our drink order that came 20 minutes after we were done with our lunch not even water was served and when we did get our drinks the coffee was ice cold the desserts were super market bought served on the plastic it came in. We spoke to the hostess regarding their service she agreed it was bad but nothing changed. The food was ok chicken parm was very dry nothing out of this world. They ran out of plates another ten minute wait for plates. Very disorganized comes down to poor management.

We moved to the area recently and finding some where good to eat if challenging! The first few times we came service was okay, but the food (Steaks and burgers) was delicious so we came back. Each time we went back the service got worse. Staff if very unfriendly and we feel forgotten about when we eat there. The portions and burgers got smaller too. Very disappointing!

Went to Chappy's today for the first time. It is now going to be top on my list for places to go when looking for breakfast or lunch. The food is delicious and extremely reasonably priced. The service was also fantastic. Our waitress was very friendly and answered all our questions. It is great to see someone speak so highly of their place of employment and the various dishes we asked about. Basically everything is from scratch. The corned beef hash is amazing with large chunks of corned beef. The French Toast is made with their homemade bread. We enjoyed everything so much we bought food to bring home for dinner. Chicken salad sandwich with homemade bread was filled with a very tasty blend with lots of chicken. The owner also took time to chat with us which was very nice (we wish him and his wife all the best with their soon-to-arrive special deliveries!). It was truly amazing to find such high quality food and at such affordable prices. We can't wait to return! Just wish they were open at dinner too :)Thank you sooo Much!!! Good news!!!! I open on Saturday nights for Dinner starting February 2nd 2019. Hope to see you!!!

We stopped in for a late lunch (around 2-3 pm) on the Saturday before Christmas and though it was crowded, were seated immediately. My wife chose the short stack of Chocolate Chip Pancakes, while I enjoyed their Ruben sandwich with fries. Both were delicious and quite the meal (large portions) and not expensive . The staff was friendly and courteous thus completing a nice meal. We will return.

We started with the mushroom appetizer as well as the mussels followed by Reuben sandwiches and fish and chips. Everything was delicious. Our server Andrew was courteous and attentive, bringing our food quickly, but not rushing us so we could enjoy our company. Definitely will stop in again.

We were very lucky to stumble upon this excellent restaurant for breakfast while staying at Crystal Springs Resort. The food was excellent! You get generous portions for fair prices. The service was quick and very friendly. I highly recommend. We are so glad you included us in your Crystal Springs stay!
