For more than 65 years Denny's has been bringing people together over great food. It's the place where people can relax and be themselves; where they can enjoy classic American comfort food and everyday value. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Here, you ca
I went in to place a quick take-out order. The young hostess was very pleasant and the order arrived faster than expected. When I opened the take-out container I was actually quite surprised how generous the portion was with meat hanging out of the bun.The disappointment came when I started eating it.The grease on my hands was everywhere and the meat had zero taste. The patty was breaking apart.Overall a generous portion, but a lack of flavour.Only ate 1/2 of it.
I stopped at Captain D's to catch lunch. Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted by a very friendly staff person that made several lunch suggestions. Meal was served up quickly, was hot and tasty. Been here several times and they have been consistent in quality of food and customer service.Dr. Marc Luke 2:11

I eat at Franklin Steakhouse 1-2 weekly. Resturant is clean and food is good. They offer daily steak specials between $10-$12. Steaks are anywhere from 4oz to 8oz. Food is above average. The con is service. Servers are very friendly but there are usually only 1 or 2 of them. In the afternoon the place is completely full therefore food and checkout is very slow. Do not come starving because you will wait! Cost very reasonable for a small town restaurant. There is a good variety of meats with steak, chicken, or fish.

It is important to note, we had a great server and the food was decent. Unfortunately, the ambience - even for a sports bar - is simply not appealing. To really feel their theme, it needs some work. However, I see this as a place worth a shot as I bet they will improve over time and if you like casual, Americana food, it works!

We stopped here for lunch on a road trip. We both had the daily special which was pan fried cod--it was excellent. The restaurant was very pleasant to be in and service was good. We will certainly stop here again when we are in the Franklin area.

The hot plate is a pole barn but truckers and pick up trucks lined the road. They have dine in and carry out. The waitress was very nice, the food was good and inexpensive and the place was clean.

When my wife and I travel in the USA over the years we like to eat at this recognized national eatery. We have never experienced a major problem regarding customer service until today. We were seated rather quickly but took ten minutes until another waitress from another section was sent by the Manager to take our food order. My wife had to wave to the reception area person to tell them what the problem was. A Manager quickly came over to us and told us we would be given service right away. After this intervention things were fine. The new waitress was helping the waitress assigned to this area. We received our food in a timely manner and the new waitress and Manager kept checking on us to see that things were fine plus deal with any food requests. There was a Cracker couple eating in our section with another person and our waitress advised that this Christian sect eat here from time to time. I thanked both the Manager and our new waitress for following up with us on acceptable customer service that we have experienced in the past. No effort was made to reduce our final bill for what we experienced here today.

Family and I decided to take a meal at the Oasis. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by a very friendly associate and seated quickly. Our server was delightful, very polite and helpful with explaining the menu.Order was taken quickly, drinks within minutes and meal delivered hot and tasty. It seems like there has been a change in both management and hourly associates. Service is better than in the past and meals have also improved. Glad that we stepped in and will be returning. Also restaurant was busy and parking lot was clean.Dr. Marc PS 27:4

Brickyard Cafe Franklin has been the local favorite for more than 10 years. We are proud of our house made bread and dessert, gourmet pizzas, hand carved steaks, and fresh seafood dishes. On Friday evenings Brickyard offers live music. Mixologist is on dut
Highly recommended, cute from the outside, and good menu. However, the young man at front said he couldn't seat us even though many empty tables. Reason given was short-staffed. Okay, we could understand that. Could we put our name on a waitlist we asked. He had to dash off to ask. None too happy to say we could. Could we go sit in the bar, we asked. Replied "I guess so". After almost an hour sipping our drinks we asked about status of our waitlist. Were told there wasn't a list. Huh? We asked (were never offered) to eat at the bar as by now we were all hungry and didn't want to look for alternate. Food was good but we felt like we really had to work for it. Nothing was offered...we had to ask for everything. A disappointment for our party of 4.
