Baldwin Counties Oldest Restaurant. 70 years of southern hospitality. Historic Photo Collection, Nostalgic setting.
Well I ordered a Reuben, turkey. My turkey slices where paper thin maybe only 3 pieces!! that's not a Turkey Reuben and no flavor. My nephew ordered a burger he said it was not good. Very disappointing for a 12 year old. Also if I knew they served breakfast all day we would have ordered that instead. Would have been the best choice after what I ordered. Server never told me they served breakfast all day until we got our lunch. Server was very distance.First off, thank you and your nephew for having lunch with us. I would like to apologize for the negative experience you had. The food and level of service you received isn't our standard. If you would give us the opportunity, I would like to buy you and your nephew lunch or breakfast. If your open to giving us another shot at your Turkey Reuben, I'll do my best to make it one of the best you've ever had. Thank you for your review.David

251 517 0622 --- this is brand new and is located next door to Wintzells of Fairhope, AL.
This restaurant is located on the outskirts of Fairhope. You can dine outside under the beautiful oaks or inside. You order inside and pay; your food is brought to you. Hubby and I each had the Cowsteamer sandwiches. This restaurant serves Boars Head lunch meats so they have the good stuff. Sandwiches were delicious. Bread was warmed and made the sandwich taste oh so good. I had the potato salad as my side and it was delicious. Not sure what the hubby had. We were kind of stuffed after eating the sandwiches but I really wanted a beignet. Had heard they were good. So I did. Beignets were wonderful. 4 for $5. Plenty for 2 people. Served piping hot. Plenty of powdered sugar. Much much better than the beignets we had in New Orleans. We are glad we dined here. Would dine again.

Big Daddy's Grill is a very casual family restaurant located on beautiful fish river. We are not trying to be anything more than that so be advised: your food will be served in a plastic basket, your beer and wine in plastic cups, your servers will be fri
My husband and I found this place on Trip Advisor. The reviews were good. It did not disappoint. We both ordered the lunch special, grilled chicken sandwich, side, and a drink. It was delicious. We tried the fries and onion rings. We sat outside and our server was Ashley, and she was great. We will go back for sure.

Each person at our table ordered something different, and each of us was delighted with our choice. Highly recommend the shrimp and grits. My table mates were equally enthusiastic about their salads, sandwiches, crab cakes and soups. Basically you canât go wrong, regardless of what you order! Though vitally important, the food is just one aspect of what makes Tamaraâs so special. Prompt, attentive service and fabulous decor round out the experience. There are many reasons why Tamaraâs is a localsâ favorite.

A beautiful waterfront restaurant! Full service, full bar, great seafood & a great view! Best sunsets ever! Brought to you by Chef Pete Blohme of Panini Pete's!
The setting is lovely, but after reading so many lovely reviews, our expectations were high - and, as a result, we were disappointed. The service was average - and the food, though acceptable, was overpriced.

Fresh made bread, grass fed meats, local veggies and cheeses, homemade sauces and desserts all made with lots of love!!
I havenât been here in a couple of years but decided to have the Veggie burger. Iâm not a veggie burger guy but this black bean based patty was great. It was flavorful and moist. The toppings were fenugreek cheese, peppers, and mushrooms. Delicious. The fries arenât anything to write home about, steak fries are hard to master though or maybe it was just an off night for the fryer. The build your own burgers can get expensive but the named ones are in line with other gourmet burgers. I like that most, if not all, ingredients are sourced local which is a nice touch. Service was fast and friendly.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way down to Fort Morgan Beach. Ate under the canopy outdoors, very nice atmosphere with attentive service. The paninis melt in your mouth and the rest of the menu is simple and excellent food.

My wife, a friend and I ate lunch today. We had crab cake appetizers, house salads, and the Brussels sprout Caesar salad with shrimp. This was are 4th or 5th visit, but our first at lunch. The shrimp were rotten, the smell was over powering. We sent them back, and the server said, âwe have fresher ones, would you like some?â The lettuce on both salads was brown in places and not clean.

After a last minute decision to visit our beloved town of Fairhope, I had to search on-line to update myself on the town's restaurants. We were able to make a reservation at Camellia and knew we were in for a treat. Relaxing atmosphere and great service were a part of the evening. We did order appetizers -the artichokes were very tasty, but a tad messy to eat as you might imagine, but worth it. The entrees were cooked to perfection and my gluten allergy warmly accommodated. One entree was the fresh fish and the other was the steak - delicious, fresh and tasty. I can't wait to visit Fairhope again just to eat here.

Very friendly service, and great views of the bay. The entree choices change frequently. We had the steak and the catch of the day. Both were well prepared and delicious. No complaints, and we would definitely eat here again. Thank you for mentioning the friendly service and great views. We do modify menu based on the best available products but you can always count on great steaks and seafood. We look forward to seeing you again,Michael Herzog
