People freindly place. Everyone seems to be really laid back. They have pool tables. The food is good and very reasonable. They have a new cook and she makes great really fresh onion rings. Not a fancy place, but a nice place to kick back have a beer and
Had ate at this place a few times prior and was impressed with the loaded baked potatoes. After many steak eating visits prior, I decided to bring family after the Holidays. 3 of the 5 ordered steaks. All of us could recognize frozen cooked steaks. Unfortunately, the lightest cook being a medium/rare order arrived well done due to the defrosting process. In attempts to correct the order. The new corrected steak was actually red pink in the center but had a defrost ring on the outer sides. Very disappointed in quality. As close to Jeff City and Lake Ozark area as it is to visit Tooters; from now on ill travel to other options.Sorry to say. This place lost me as a customer.
This restaurant just opened recently. The menu has a good variety. The farmhouse steak was properly prepared and and excellent flavor. The steak tips with mushrooms and onions very good. The corn bread served while you wait after ordering was very good, with a sweet flavor. The service was friendly and and quick as possible given the continues flow of diners! The prices are more than fair for the amount of food and comfort! They donât serve alcohol yet. After reviewing the menu the breakfast selection makes this a destination for a home cooked meal.Great neighborhood family place with comfort food!
We ate here due to location at W-15 intersection. We were staying at lake house and wanted something convenient. Should have driven a few more minutes and gone elsewhere. There were several tables that hadn't been cleaned from previous patrons. There were crickets hopping around on the floor. The waitress kept interrupting our personal conversation and commenting about her children. We ordered the $4.99 French Toast and there were only two pieces of toast; my kids were still hungry afterwards. Tasted good but nothing special. Another family arrived a few minutes after us and they were told that they were no longer serving breakfast so they went elsewhere. I could not see where the breakfast hours were posted but I guess breakfast ends at 11:00.
I like the fact that the line moves pretty fast here, unless you get the manager talking, then it comes to a complete halt and he will forget what you ordered. lol. Food is always fresh and good.

This restaurant has some excellent food however as a non smoker didn't get much relief from being in the non smoking section. I solved that by ordering to go and taking my selection to enjoy back to the motel next door that is non smoking. I love the recreational opportunities and the friendly people of Missouri but wish more dining establishments would go non smoking like other states

BoatHouse is located inside of the Marina at Village Marina. Located on the 3MM by water and off lake road W-20. Kid friendly outdoor swimming pool attached to restaurant.
We stayed in a nearby rental home for a few days, walking distance from here.We LOVED the pool. It is well maintained, and salt water. No minimum purchase to use the pool. The furniture is nice.I loved that they have music on the sound system.I only wish they wouldn't allow smoking and vaping; what a downer. Our daughter says the cheeseburger is terrific. The prime rib sliders are great! No mayo, so ask for the garlic aioli. They make their own homemade Hawaiian-style rolls. The potato salad is okay, the fries are good. We didn't care for the satay sauce at all and the chicken tenders are stringy and tasteless, unfortunately. The daiquiris and pina coladas are really great. We've had 3 different wait staff and all were exceptional.
The Ice Cream Factory features very friendly service, very cute indoor and outdoor modern rustic farmhouse style decor and many delectable treats. You can choose from a variety of flavors, including several custom flavors that are made in store. I highly recommend the brownie and cookie sundaes. The Cookie Monster ice cream made in store is also delicious. This restaurant has created quite a bit of local buzz and even though it was very busy, they kept the line moving. There is also a drive-thru available. Definitely love this ice cream shop, well worth a visit!

Had heard nice things about Maple Street but had never eaten there until recently. Happened to go there on Friday evening when they were open for date night. (Only open in the evening one Friday of each month). The place was very busy but the wait for service was not bad at all. I got the prime rib dinner and it was excellent! Perfectly flavored and cooked medium rare. The sides were yummy too! Big portions plus they offer homemade desserts. Cannot wait to try other things on their menu. : )

Passing through Eldon after a night in Lake Ozark. Found this place online, and decided to check it out. We were intrigued by the Marshmallow Pepsi. I asked about how this is made, and apparently marshmallow fluff is thinned with simple syrup and then added to the Pepsi. This was a delicious and unexpected treat! Totally am going to hack this at home! Ordered the chili cheese footling with onion rings and a chicken strips basket. The chili cheese dog was good-- but I like chili cheese dogs. The chili tastes like the kind that my mom used to buy in a can when I was a kid, and the hotdog had the reminescent quality of a valleydale dog. I would get this again. The onion rings were cooked to order. The chicken strips were good and they cut them open to ensure that they were fully cooked and we appreciate that. The fries were hot and salty. The restaurant is small and retro and feels like a snack counter from the 70's. The drive in is misleading, as there is not any car hop service--you can drive thru, walk-up to an outside window, or order at the counter inside. There is some seating in booths and one table with chairs.

Small Town Restaurant and Bar. Non-Smoking dining room entrance and a smoking bar entrance. Large menu with lots of Appetizers, Burgers, Sandwiches, Wraps, Salads, Steaks, plus a kids and senior menu. 8 Draft Beers plus several bottle beers. Full liquor m
We're from St. Louis, but was visiting our grandchildren in Eldon, MO. My daughter suggested eating lunch at Whittles in Eldon. The food was delicious (I had a buffalo grilled chicken wrap) and the waitress was very kind and efficient. However it being a bar & grill, the cigarette smoke from the bar side of the building created such an unpleasant and nasty smelling experience. It took a while to get our food, but it was very good and worth the wait.
