Finally an alternative to schlepping a box of chicken in the boat. Offering fast casual food and drinks in an open air, relaxed environment, The Grill at Crooked Creek Marina on Lake Sinclair is the answer to many boaters' requests for food accessible by
This us a basic place where you order from a limited menu when you walk in, get served in paper baskets, and clean up after yourself. The main attraction is location. You can drive in or dick your boat. There's a full bar. Service was a little lacking. I'd eat here again out if convince. The food was good but nothing I'd go out if my way for.

We dined here on a Saturday night and the restaurant was about 3/4 full. We were immediately seated and our order was taken promptly. From there the experience went downhill. We had several members of the staff come by to check on us, but it took over 1 hour to get French onion soup and Caesar salads. Before we had even received the salads the manager came by to ask how our meal was, we let him know we hadn't received anything yet. It was another 30 minutes after his visit before we got the salads. The chef came out to chat with us as well before we received anything. It was a very odd experience. Although we had individuals stop by there was no apparent attempt to fix the delay or offer an explanation. We had the diver scallops and the pasta primavera. Both were okay, but nothing special. For some reason the diver scallops were brought with mashed potatoes instead of the risotto on the menu. We asked and were brought a small plate of risotto which was the best item we had. No apology at any time for the delay. While the food was fine, I would not return as the overall experience was a disappointment.
I love Waffle House; my husband-- not so much. But he agreed this was a wonderful experience. Our server was so nice and talked to us in a friendly manner. We really enjoyed having her 'take care of us'. I regret we did not get her name.... she was a pretty black lady that worked Mon 8/15/16. The cook was also superb. He was a kinda slender black gentleman. They made our meal delightful. I hope their manager knows what excellent employees he/she has working evenings.

Stopped in for lunch for the second time and was not disappointed. I like their catfish dinner and have always found the food fresh, hot and tasty. The lady taking my order went out of her way to see that I had all that I wanted. I recommend this spot for a good lunch.

To go bbq of all kinds with lots of sides. Outdoor seating offered catering also. Breakfast served till 11 on weekdays. 12 on Saturday and Sunday
stopped for lunch on a hot Sunday afternoon. Enjoyed sitting on the patio with a nice adult beverage and had an great pork BBQ sandwich. Sandwich was piled high with great tasting pork and the house sauce was very flavorful. Only really drawback was serving a beer in a flimsy plastic cup.We will visit again soon.

Cool, fun, laid back dining experience. Kid friendly, also with a full bar!
Sadly, our group of ten adults were not welcomed at this Mellow Mushroom. And after a very aggressive and uncomfortable experience with the manager, Iâd recommended that no other large groups attempt it either. We checked in and were sent to the patio, which was the only available seating for ten. No other folks were on the patio, so we moved two tables together so we could all fit, but before we sat down, a woman appeared and we were rudely told that âyou cannot move our tables. Put them back.â Huh? We kindly asked for a manager and were told by he young woman that she was. Indeed, the manager, and that we needed to put the tables back. We asked if we could move inside, and she said âNot right now.â Mmkay. Very confused, we asked for clarification about these beloved patio tables. There were no other customers outside and we mentioned that we would be glad to return the moved table when we finished. âNo, it is our policy. You need to put them back right now.â Again, we sort of all stood there looking at one another very confused, and the manager says âF*%# it!â and leaves. Obviously, we left. After promptly returning the tables to their proper places, of course. I donât think Iâve ever experienced anything similar at a restaurant before. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially considering that we were perfectly civil and respectful. Perhaps this is indeed a company policy, but even if so, there is a professional way to approach a situation like this. She handled it as poorly as I could imagine. So we rode a mile down the street and had a delicious pizza dinner at Amici! Highly recommended. Hi April my name is Davi Hudson and I am the owner of the Lake Oconee Mellow Mushroom. I am very sorry to hear that we provided you with such poor service, there is no excuse for this.i will speak to my staff today about the issues you have brought to my attention. I would like to mail you a $20 gift card if you would be willing to send me your mailing address. Again I am sincerely sorry

Two couples went to this establishment for casual dining. It was a wonderful experience. The help is friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and the food selection was varied and interesting. The prices are very reasonable and the servings are adequate. We will definitely be returning to this establishment

Known for our casual atmosphere and outstanding food, delivered with exceptional service, the Bone Island Grillhouse strives to make every guest's experience a memorable one.
Our family of 9 enjoyed everything from the appetizers to dessert! The fried green tomatoes were a hit! The steak, vegan burger, seafood, pasta and catfish were all equally delicious. Try the peach cobbler for dessert - excellent! Only negative - crazy wait time. Reservations are not accepted. Our wait was about 90 minutes and when we were finally seated, there were numerous empty tables around us. Hello TigerCarol! Thank you for taking to time to review us! I would love to know more information about your visit. Please feel free to email me directly at [email protected]! Thank you! - BIG Marketing
