Our hotel recommended Charlie Brown as a great restaurant for dinner! They were right! A great place! Very comfortable pleasant environment! Very relaxing with excellent service! Nice bar to enjoy a drink while you wait for your table! It was very busy so we were glad we had a reservation! The food was amazing! We had pasta and roast beef! Well cooked and presentation was very nice! Friendly, well trained servers! Restaurant is within walking distance of the hotels in that area! Stop at the Pour House Bar for a drink before dinner it is literally next door to a Charlie Brown! We had a great evening and amazing food! Great menu!

Richardson's Canal House is a casual gourmet kitchen set on the scenic banks of the Erie Canal in Pittsford, NY.
The wife and I found this restaurant in Pittsford, NY while driving through. The wife had a ceaser salad with salmon, and I had a clam boil. You will not go wrong with either meal they were both delicious.Thank you for the kind words, we're so glad you found us and enjoyed everything.

We visited Signatures this weekend because the pub we originally stopped at had a 90 minute waiting line. How fortunate! We ended up having SUCH A GREAT MEAL at this Penfield restaurant. Our waitress (Jen) was amazing, and could recite the entire list of ingredients in each dish on the menu! And she was so passionate about the descriptions of the preparation of each dish as well. I had the French Onion Soup, which is always good there, followed by a BBQ-glazed salmon entrée that was amazing. Even the roasted vegetables that came with the salmon were phenomenal. This restaurant serves truly unique food that is prepared with amazing skill. You have got to try it!

Established in 1987, Michael's Valley Grill serves up everything from steak to seafood in a casual, upscale atmosphere. Come on in!
Here for a business dinner for 8. Staff did a nice job of bringing drinks and filling water glasses as we waited for everyone to arrive. Order appetizers for the table. We had a nice mixture of items with giant meatballs and grilled calamari (yes, not fried and it was awesome) being the most popular. Meals came out timely and most importantly hot. A couple of guests had cioppino, that was filled with seafood cooked to perfection. Wine list was small but strong. They didnât overcharge as so many places do. We had two bottles of white and one red all between $30-$50. My go to question for any restaurant is whether Iâd go back. No question about it, I would return happily. Thank you for the wonderful review! We're delighted that your party of eight all found something delicious to enjoy, from the calamari to the cioppino, and it's excellent that our curated wine list hit the spot. We really appreciate the support and hope we'll get to see you again soon.Best,Michael & Priscilla P., Owners

This is a crowded diner, known for its gigantic pancakes (which most people don't finish, but take home to reheat later)! We waited about 20 minutes at lunchtime to get a table. Service was ultra-friendly and efficient. The food was pretty good, with mainly reasonable prices. We had challah French toast ($6.95), which was very good, but the real maple syrup cost an additional $3.50 (which we thought was excessive). The home fries ($2.95) were only fair. A broccoli and cheese omelet was good ($8.75). A side of coleslaw ($3.50) was very good. Coffee ($2.10) was decent.

Showed up 15 minutes before Happy Hour and the server refused to let us use the Happy Hour menu. Made us wait 15 minutes or pay the higher prices. Not what I would expect from an SPG Renaissance property.Net time we are in town, I won't stay here.JZgolfer,Thank you for taking the opportunity to share your experience. Please accept my apologies for any miscommunication. Our sales system is set up by service times; the happy hour menu is not visible in the system until 4:00 pm. The server certainly could have handled the situation differently. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we hope you change your mind and give us another try.

I have been going to BB for the past 16 years. I have praised this restaurant in my past reviews. Today was my first big disappointment. We had a reservation for a birthday dinner. When we were seated the server asked if we were celebrating anything special and I have indicated it was my birthday. She wished me happy birthday and proceeded with the order.I requested an oyster martini which the restaurant has offered for years. The server seemed confused, and I assured her that BB makes these as I had them before. The serverâs assistant spilled our bread over the table, and then spilled water on my not-so-cheap purse and the chair while pouring it into our glasses. He didnât notice anything.Towards the end of our meal a large party arrived and was seated next to our booth. Our server lost interest in us all together. I wasnât offered a refill on my soda even though the glass was empty. Then, we received the bill but no champagne or birthday cake (it was customary of BB to offer these to us in the past years for birthdays and anniversaries). So, I asked the server if there was a reason why the table next to us celebrated a birthday with a cake while we werenât offered any. She claimed she was new and she wasnât aware. Then I reminded her that I told her personally what the occasion was when she asked us at the beginning of the evening. She changed her story into saying it was her mistake. We waited 15 minutes for the cake which was pathetic.Additionally, at the beginning of the evening I asked the server to put the points for the dinner on my VIP card, and since I didnât have it with me I would give her my name towards the end of the dinner. She didnât listen and put the points on my husbandâs card. I told her I asked specifically to put the point in my card as my husband doesnât use his and they would be lost. She informed us this would not be possible. So, I asked for the manager. She was unhappy about it.The manager fixed the points issue, but the evening was a big disappointment. Iâm giving BB 3 stars as my food was good. Otherwise, it would be one star.Thank you for reaching out regarding your disappointing experience. We would like to apologize for your disappointing birthday dinner. If you are open to sharing more with us, please consider emailing [email protected]. We would like the opportunity to make up for our mistakes!

A full service, "polished casual" restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Beer, wine, specialty coffees & frozen drinks, served year round! We take the mystery out of crepes by fusing a French Canadian crepe, family traditions and America
This is a cozy place (small). It's loud and crowded. But it's cute, excellent service and decent menu choices. The crepes themselves are very bland (boring), not much taste. The fillings and toppings make the difference for what you order. The portions are a decent size, bordering on large. We all thought it was pricey for a crepe place ($70 for 5 of us for breakfast and no alcohol or special drinks) They do not take reservations. Plenty of parking in the area if you get there early enough.
