Just not a good meal, especially when you know youâve been mislead. There was no Foie Gras in our quail, but it did have a chicken liver stuffing. Hello?? Donât mislead or lie to your clientele, the clientele at The Allison is going to know the difference.

Went here based on a friend's recommendation. WOW! To be honest and candid I think it is a bit short of a 5 but 4 doesn't give them the credit they deserve. We started with a fabulous Tomato/Watermelon Gazpacho. Then we shared two mains: Arancini over a fabulous lentil/chantrelle ragu, and a very good pork chop over rice and charred yellow squash. Great service. A charming casual ambiance. Simply outstanding. And reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
Trellis is where the valley goes to gather. Our seasonally inspired menus of delicious sandwiches & salads, to fresh seafood & Chef inspired dishes, all locally sourced from right here in the great Northwest. Proud to feature the valleyâs best selection o
Heard about this place, it had only been open about a week, but it sounded good plus they are well entrenched in the Willamette Valley wind scene so we decided to venture out for a meal. The food is well prepared, the menu is not overwhelming, the service is nice, and they are still feeling their way. We'll go back........

Ruddick/Wood is a casual restaurant and tavern serving locally focused, seasonal, new-American fare alongside craft beer, wine and cocktails in a renovated 1920s garage in downtown Newberg, Oregon. Ruddick/Wood has been built around the idea of country ki
Went for happy hour and almost everything went wrong with the food orders. The couple we were with split a pastrami sandwich and truffle fries. The bread on the sandwich was tough, they had difficulty cutting it in half. The fries were barely warm. My wife and I split the beet salad and mussels. 4 of the 10 mussels were not "open". I managed to open one, but asked the waiter to get us 3 mussels to replace them. Waited for 25 minutes to get them and the were just warm. The beet salad could have been better if the beets weren't cut so thick, about 1/4". To their credit, after I complained and said we shouldn't have to pay for the mussels, they did knock off the price of the mussels.

Affordable fine dining at it best in an amazingly ambient cellar venue in the Willamette Valley wine country. The menu reflects a patchwork of complex, bold flavors pieced together from varied cuisines, brought together with classical technique. Open dail
From the minute we walked into the restaurant we were greeted by friendly staff. The menu although not huge, had a lot of things to choose from and the entree comes with a soup and salad. We opted for full diners but they also offer small plates that looked yummy. The choices of wine pairings was excellent.

The actual menu was a bit different than what we saw posted online, but even more to our liking. For a big anniversary meal it is a great choice. The setting in the living room of an older home is interesting. Service was straightforward and very attentive. We skipped the wine pairings at the advice of a friend and got a bottle of local Pinot- excellent and went with all courses. Doesnât disappoint.

We had lunch reservations and arrived a bit early. The dining room had 3 tables of guests, 2 of whom had completed their lunches. The hostess showed us to a table I. The center of the room near the exterior door serving the guests outside. We asked for a different table. She said there would be a delay in service at those tables (really...the tables were only 4 ft apart) but there was ... 20 minutes before our order was taken. Now there was only one table of two people in the dining room. We split a Caesar salad and the fish and chips. The Caesar salad was okay and the fish and chips were very good but the service was uncharacteristically slow. And the bill was even slower. When my husband complained, they removed the charge for the glass of wine. This has been one of our favorite restaurants and we will give them another chance. Friends have said the restaurant changed hands and may be working out kinks. We sincerely hope so.

Breakfast for lunch! The biscuits and gravy were so good they could have come from the south! The Hen House Breakfast was out of control - fresh eggs, fresh bread, fresh maple potatoes! Perfect! I really enjoyed that specialty waffle! The service was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant and there was plenty of room for big or small groups.

Tinas opened in October 1991. The restaurant, which seats 55 guests, has a comfortable bar, and the two intimate dining rooms are divided by a fireplace. Like many of our fellow chefs, we believe that the best food is organically grown. Our search for the
Itâs in a location and a building that belies the quality of the food, and the charm of the gourmet wine country cuisine that awaits. The service is very good and helpful (ask him and then listen to him), the wine list is good, and thereâs a hint of romance given the intimate, inviting setting. Highly recommend if youâre staying in the northern end of the Willamette Valley, or passing through after a day of wine tasting!
A wine country favorite! GREAT times and 38 taps of beer, local wine, ciders, craft cocktails & local fare.
I have been several times to for meetings and am greeted with great customer service, fantastic selection of tap beer and other tasty drinks. I have had several of the food options there and by far my favorite is the hummus plate. So yummy! I would highly recommend Carlton coast and tavern to all my friends and family! We will be returning customers! It's great to have such a nice place in our small little town!Kimberly, Thank you so much for the thoughtful review. We're so glad you enjoy the place!
