We have had several nice visits here, and no real complaints. The salad bar was fantastic, the service was solid, and the food was good. Or experience here tonight was very good.
I can't believe I am the first to write a review for this delicious food. They opened in November and we just came in for the time time here in June.We both had shrimp baskets, mine with okra and she opted for the macaroni and cheese. We both thought the shrimp was fried perfectly with a lite batter. My okra was delicious and she loved her mac and cheese, very creamy!Afterward, I took home some banana pudding and am glad I wasn't at the restaurant any longer as I would have had a few more cups of this deliciousness!I did come back for lunch two days later and had another shrimp basket with okra and it is as good as the first one. Thank you for being our FIRST Trip Advisor review and more importantly thank you for being the best part of Skrimp Shack as a loyal customer. We appreciate you and we're thankful about your amazing review! Have a blessed day, see you back again soon!

I always love visiting Wegmanâsâitâs like the Disneyland of grocery stores. I love the cheese section and can find exactly what I am looking for. I enjoy the sales on baking ingredients in November and December and stock up. Cashiers are always very efficient and good-tempered. That means a lot.

I'm sure they probably come in frozen but this was cooked to perfection. Cheap and fast eats. Tammy was a very nice waitress as well.

If you have 45+ minutes for your meal, than youâll be fine. This location needs a visit from corporate to re-train the cooks, with an emphasis on time management during food preparation. This is not a wait staff issue. This is the 4th visit to this particular IHOP. This is the only location that never fails to disappoint. We visit in the afternoon. Maybe five other families besides ours. So itâs not like the place is busy. Cannot, for the life of me, figure out why it takes so long to get bacon, eggs, pancakes, and ice waters for 3 people in the middle of the afternoon. No special orders. No odd requests. The wait person comes over within approximately five minutes after weâre seated and takes our order. 20 minutes to cook the order, 5 minutes for the wait staff to bring it out.So after 25 minutes our food is brought out SOMEWHAT warm. Meaning the pancakes are warm but not enough to melt the butter. Hot food melts my heartâand gets a better review.

Weekdays arenât too crowded and we docked, had a nice lunch and sailed away. Very cool way to park. Menu is mostly seafood. Crab cakes were large and mostly crab. Hush puppies are good. Beer was cold and reasonably priced. Seven different meals and everyone left full and pleased with their meals.

This is my go to restaurant when in the Quantico area. Family owned and operated with a great menu, superior service and comfortable setting. Very easy off and on with I95 block away.

While I can't visit as much as I'd like to because of the products they use due to my health and allergy issues, I do when my strict diet allows.Unfortunately I spoke with someone who may be in the know and they said they would be closing down.Seems 1) the parish wants to widen route 1 and the city wants to buy them out and 2) while they were offered another location the latest generation doesn't want to work. So another family business dying due to millennial's! What a shame another institution going by the wayside!I let my regulars at my bar know and I've sent quite a few customers their way! You will be missed!
