Kreis' has been a St. Louis favorite for over 60 years. Famous for our world renowned Prime Rib.
Chose Kreis Restaurant to celebrate a 50th anniversary for my sister-in- law and her husband. It was a perfect dinner and great experience. The service is second to none. The women both had the prime rib, which was amazing. Cooked tp perfection. The men had the special, which was a peppercorn filet. Great flavor and very tender!!! You will never be disappointed with Kreisâs!!!

We visited The Daily Bread for the first time over the weekend around noon on Saturday. It was busy and there was a line, but ordering moved along at a good pace. This place is wonderful and the smell of that baked bread, cookies, and everything else is great! I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and Cesar salad, and had a St. Patrickâs day iced clover cookie. Good stuff! Weâll be back again next time Iâm in town. Thanks for stopping by over the weekend, Joe! I am glad to hear you had a great experience with us and really enjoyed the food and baked goods you ordered from us. I hope to see you again the next time you are in the area. Best, Patrick Judd (Owner)

We were a group of five having shrimp tempura, trout, filet mignon and fish special. All were delicious. Loved the Mayfair dressing on the house salad. My halibut and scallops dish was outstanding -cooked perfectly. Everyone loved the shrimp tempura. Service from Mark and staff were helpful and attentive but not overbearing. Will definitely be back.

A St. Louis themed restaurant and tavern. Both the décor and food are geared towards native St. Louisans. However, we have an expansive menu to appeal to everyone.
Attended our book club at Circa STL last month. It is in the same Des Peres strip mall where you will find the former Casa Gallardo (now Rosalita's Cantina). The draw for it is apparently all of the St. Louis memorabilia that is behind glass through cases around the restaurant. From the moment I walked in all I could think was that this place still smells like cigar smoke and spilled beer.Since I was there for something (this was never a place I would have just chosen) I did just give it a try and ordered an appetizer and a beer from the bar. The food was okay but service is terrible at the bar and at the tables. We had to take our soda and water glasses to the bar just to get refills. If you are a history buff, I guess there could be some interesting things in the cases busting with memorabilia. Otherwise I can't think of a single reason that anyone would want to step inside the door.

Had to wait for 15 minutes for for a table. Three of us, no worries. Nice waitress, Claira. Grilled chicken sandwich, hummus wrap, ribeye steak. All good, served hot. GET THE SWEET POTATO FRIES. Deep fried, light chipotle season, cinnamon and salt. Delish!Iced tea was excellent, service top notch, restaurant temperature was cold. The ribeye was on a separate tab. Weâd go back.

Our most recent visit was for my mom-in-law's birthday. Everything was superb. If you love a great steak, this is the place. The t-bone is almost beyond description. Huge, and done to perfection. Don't forget the creamed spinach! The wait staff are excellent. It's almost like eating at home. No wonder - it is a house disguised as a restaurant! A bucket list steakhouse experience for sure. Enjoy!

Iâm from California and I was planning a family gathering in Des Peres.... My niece recommended Rib City and it was a delicious, wonderful and fun success!Keringus Belton, Manager at Rib City, was great to work with by phone and email as I planned the menu and had questions about my order. We ordered St Louis Ribs, pulled pork and buns for sandwiches, and sides of mac n cheese, baked beans, and green beans cooked in bacon!! The St Louis ribs are really meaty... sooooo good.We had thirty five people gathered and everyone really loved the food.Karingus, the manager, arrived an hour before our planned dinner time to set up. He did an excellent job of setting up all the food in a well-presented manner and keeping all the food hot until everyone was ready to eat. Keringus is just the most gracious, kind and fun person... he served the food as everyone came through the kitchen and he aded to the delight of our dinner. I would recommend Rib City to anyone planning a gathering where you may need some catering or perhaps a family meal when you just do ât feel like cooking... let Rib City step right in for you!ENJOY!Thank you for your rave review! I am so happy to hear that you had a great experience with Karingus and the food. We appreciate your business!

This was a new restaurant for us and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Had the surf and turf special, which was cooked as requested and a good portions for the side. Bread and butter made on site. Good variety of desserts. Our servers was very accommodating and attended to our needs. Great experience and we will be back.
