We love coming to big chief- always a great spot for a quick meal. Home style comfort food for sure. They have a great patio and a nice bar as well.

I love the appetizers best! They have a nice variety and they are alway delicious--especially the Monterey Shrimp. They also have really good chili and have expanded the outdoor seating as well. We had a courteous, prompt waitress on our recent visit this month. Would highly recommend to anyone. Most who go there are at least 40 years old though (not sure why).

Bristol offers the areaâs freshest premium seafood, Prime steaks & an impressive wine selection. We work with quality fishmongers, water men, ranchers & artisan producers to create dishes that are excellent from the start, using fine ingredients that sepa
We visited Bristol Seafood Grill with a party of 4 plus one toddler. The staff accommodated our party quickly, and we were offered their warm (very good) biscuits immediately. Very good menu with lots of selections both for the seafood lover, and plenty of selections for those not liking seafood. Food came out at the proper temperature and all parties very much enjoyed their meals.Cost a bit on the higher side, but in my opinion quality of food provided good value for money spent. Will definitely return again in the future!

We came out for dinner on a Saturday night. We started off with the spinach artichoke dip which was smazing. Our server recommended the pasta special. The pasta had shrimp, crab meat with sun dried tomatoes and asparagus mixed in a cheese butter sauce. It was really good. I highly recommend the Hawthorne Inn for dinner.

False advertising...Do NOT believe the Silly Goose website and don't mind the sign in front of the building-this restaurant can not accommodate! Despite checking their website and Facebook page, our family was not seated and turned away on a slow Thursday night (two cars in the parking lot) because walk-ins are not welcome. We were repeat customers and were surprised to be turned down at the door, very disappointed that our local restaurant could not seat us due to understaffing issues. If you are going to be reservations only, time to take down the sign in front of your building and make the necessary changes online. We live in Augusta but will now drive the extra mile to find the many other family-friendly restaurants that are staffed and ready to serve us without the rude hostess who snubbed us. Considering their overpriced food menu and sub-par wait staff in a rural location you think they would welcome a party of five but apparently not. Drive to Washington where the food and service are far superior!
We discovered this restaurant when we were attracted to the Frisella Nursery that surrounds it. The nursery is worth a tour and the people who live near it are fortunate to have such a high quality plant and gardening store. The restaurant is really good, We split a grilledbeef sandwich and a huge cookie. Great lunch. Very low price

We enjoy stopping by the Defiance Roadhouse when the weather is nice. We can usually find a table outside on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and they have good food with a wide array of foods sure to please anyone. My son (yes, it's family friendly inside and out) enjoys their pizza.

Rooted in the rolling hills of Historic Missouri Wine Country, the 42 acre property boasts a 4 acre vineyard, tranquil lake and lush garden landscape. Breathtaking views of the sweeping Missouri River Valley are captured year round from the terraces and v
We attended the special dinner on Valentine's Day and enjoyed it very much. The food was great and there was no rush to get there or leave since there was only one seating. Very relaxing.

Located in Defiance, Missouri, the "Gateway to Missouri Wine Country," Chandler Hill Vineyards is a haven from busy St. Louis yet only 10 miles from Highway 40/64. The winery is Tuscan-inspired with a Napa twist and Missouri soul. Chandler Hill is open ye
They have a spacious deck with umbrellas and awning for shade. This day was perfect site out on the deck with a light breeze. Our server Veronica was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. We split a chicken and brie sandwich. It was served on a pretzel bun with caramelized onions and strawberry jam. I was reluctant to get the strawberry jam on the sandwich. I really was great with the strawberry jam. The nice thing about the wine list at Chandler Hill is they have local and US wines to choose from. The view from the deck with lunch was worth the drive.Brian, Thank you for your review and rating. We appreciate you sharing your experience with us.

I ride my motorcycle here often and enjoy the fried chicken. Always a good time. Lots of bikers come here to listen to the outdoor music.
